Exceptional in every way possible. The club house was amazing, the food including breakfast and dinner was wow!

The staff service was exceptional, all members were always super friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The bathrooms were not cleaned well you could see stains on all shower fittings, glass and tiles. I would think they could keep a hotel of this standard much cleaner. The cupboards need some tlc as most were old and misused or not maintained.

C'était un Voyage de groupe, donc plusieurs chambres à plusieurs étages, le système de l'ascenseur ne permet pas de rejoindre un autre étage que celui de notre chambre Si la chambre est au 22 on ne pourra ni monter ni descendre aux autres étages que le 22

overbearing staff .. constantly trying to up sell everything, service staff at bar and restaurant approached our table every 5 minutes asking if they could get us anything else , could have r a decent conversation due to the interruption..

It was a really pleasant stay at St Regis Mumbai. Next to a shopping mall so it's easy to access to shops and restaurants. Having a butler service was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast is excellent with huge amount of varieties. Room is modern and my sleep was really good. Butler ritual service starts at 6.30pm and it was really nice to watch and celebrate. This is my 1st time watching and that really lift up the mood and atmosphere within the hotel. I had a chance to play on the grand piano offered by the hotel pianist, Steven so it was really nice to try on that.

The property is a great hotel a bit away from old Delhi's central area so a bit of a trip. We loved the room and the spa breakfast room and the staff were amazing.

Location was a bit out of the way.

Excellent restaurants, spacious rooms, good view, good location

Rooms are a little dated, lifts take forever. FLICKERING LIGHTS in banquets and near the pool (unintentional) are completely unacceptable and feels like the place is on the verge of shutting down. One of the restaurants also had chandeliers that were intentionally made to flicker like candles, but that is hell or downright life threatening for anybody with light sensitivity or epilepsy- and for a restaurant that were so pricy about making bookings a week in advance on a Sunday (and it was empty lol), this is something that should be a disclaimer at the time of booking Also check in was somewhat unpleasant, with me being forced to take a twin room even though I’d specifically booked a double bed, and mentioned multiple times that this was important to me. The person checking me in lied and said I’d booked a twin bed. I was checked in early though (12), so happy about that Check out was excellent and smooth

Sohan and all the staff were excellent. We arrived late and lost our baggage in the airport. Sohan ensured we had a perfect time and even found our lost bags. We will stay here again the very next time we are in Mumbai

It was perfect. No problems at all.

The hospitality was great as always with St Regis and I’d stay here again. The food was amazing and there was a good variety within the restaurants. We also got to experience some of the St Regis traditions which is always special!

The spa could be open for longer.

The service was exceptional. Especially Ruchira went out of her way to help with every request of mine. Great customer-handling.

The lighting circuits in the rooms were problematic. Service personnel had to come to rectify at least 3 times.
