A localização é muito boa, próximo ao centro e ao acesso às estradas que levam até os cerros.
O tamanho do quarto e do banheiro são bons e a cama de casal é bem confortável.
O banheiro tem um Box que não funciona, fica tudo alagado após o banho.
Não tem água quente suficiente. Meu marido que tomava banho por último sempre tomava banho morno para frio. Em um dos dias da nossa estadia, não teve água quente nenhuma e estava um frio absurdo.
Chamei duas vezes os funcionários que foram até lá e colocavam a mão embaixo da água. Justificavam que eram muitas pessoas tomando banho ao mesmo tempo.
Acho que um hotel que se propõe a acomodar um número grande de pessoas, deveria ter capacidade de atende-las.
O café da manhã é bem simples, com exatamente as mesmas coisas todos os dias. Não tem frutas, só uma salada de fruta. Não são muitas as opções.

It was really warm, really friendly and helpful staff, and a very good restaurant.
For the price you pay, which is a lot, it really isn’t worth it. Firstly, it doesn’t have an elevator, so for people with disabilities it’s practically impossible to have a comfortable stay at the hotel. Second of all, the room didn’t have any sockets near the bed nor desk (I was told otherwise), and same thing with the light switches. It was very uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel is very good with good views of the bay from the common areas. Although a bit on the outside of the town center, it was easy to get around with taxis coming within minutes of calling. The restaurant serves good pizza and breakfast was ok for Argentinean standards.
The room was smaller than I had anticipated (from the hotel pictures) and the bed/pillows were not very comfortable.

Staff is great -- very friendly and receptive. Location is awesome (close to the main street). Beautiful view of the mountains at your window. Good food. Overall it's a good place to stay.
