The place was clean. Good Breakfast

The room is small, with practically no furniture . There is no closet and no place to put your clothes for a week for two persons. We needed to leave all the clothes in the suitcases all the week. Because of the small room we could open only one suitcase at a time. I felt I was in a camping.

Great location, staff and breakfast. The room had everything you need and it was clean. After our checkout, hey offered us the possibility to store our luggage for the entire day, for free.

From our room we could here cars passing on the street, but not all rooms have this defect.

Location was ideal, at one edge of what seemed to be the main street in downtown. All shops and cafes were walking distance. Nice view of the ocean. Pleasant lobby and restaurant area for breakfast with a good coffee machine, too.

Our bathroom kept running non stop. They came to try to fix it a couple of times and it would happen again. Other than that, great experience.

The hotel is comfortable and rooms are reasonably sized. Staff were nice and attentive.

The main thing, it was pretty expensive for what you get. Also, it is not the most friendly hotel for moving luggage around and breakfast was quite limited.

The pillows were chunks of foam in a bag and overnight there were engines or a pump running constantly. We complained after the first night and were told that there was nothing they could do. After the second night we asked to check out. Then magically new pillows appeared. The front desk staff were dismissive. Will never return.

The hotel was pleasant and in a convenient place near the centre of Ushuaia, although most restaurants etc. are slightly more on the other side of town. The hotel could do with a bit of an upgrade but it was clean and comfortable, and perfectly suitable for a one-night stop over.

Room was quite dark and near the main road (although this was quiet at night).

Good location on the main Street. Gym was very small. Shower was amazing! Breakfast was ok, coffee was good! Reception staff varied in helpfulness, but all had some English.

Room was down 2 flights of stairs and on the main road, so very noisy all night! Also the room, in truth, the entire hotel was so hot. The heating was on full blast despite it being the summer. No airport shuttle as listed in description.

These people have no clue of service. Booked a total of 7 nights. Received a message from the manager saying I was entitled to a free airport transfer. Provided my flight details twice, no confirmation. Landed at Ushuaia, no transfer. Searching, telephoning, answer: ‘NO’. Paid for a taxi. Had to spend 4 days trying to get reimbursed, while being treated like a pest. For instance, the girl at reception put this in my translator: ‘you can’t get a discount for services you did not use!!!’. Can you imagine. No ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ at any moment. Incidentally, Booking sent me an email asking me how things were going. I told them the story. It was only then that they reimbursed me, very, very reluctantly.

Staff worked properly. They were always ready to assist guests.

Rooms could be bigger. There is no place to put clothes on wardrobes. A desk and chairs to stay comfortable is a must but there is no way to enjoy this.

Breakfast was very good. The location was perfect. The hotel is located on the main avenue of the city. Safe area! Staff was very nice!

Wifi rarely worked even in the common areas where there was supposed to be some connectivity. The heating system in the room works slowly and the door of the room didn’t close properly which made the room even colder. That very first night there was no water in the bathroom or sink for like 3/4 hours. Too bad! Rooms are very noisy :(
