El alojamiento es lindo, muy cálido, tiene unos ventanales grandes con vistas a la laguna súper linda. Tiene mucha madera, piedra y plantas que le dan un toque especial. La habitación era cómoda para dos noches.

The view was amazing from this place in the common area. Located right in the downtown area. Staff were super friendly and made us coffee when it was pouring rain. Also able to get breakfast a touch earlier given we had an early bus. The room had a tv with Netflix login so could watch at your leisure

Our room door handle was falling off making it difficult to close. The shower didn’t drain so standing in a few inches of water. Also the place was very clean but the smell was too much (a lot of fabric softener was used and it needed to be aired out)

the location was good. my view from my room was ridiculous, spectacular view of the harbor. the coffee was really good. The staff was always there to assist, very nice people.

I hate to say bad things, but this was really irritating. the water was only got for a few minutes then would turn luke warm. this isn’t a particularly warm destination, so all I wanted was a Hot shower. I had to turn the water off to do all my tasks (shave legs etc) so that I would not freeze to death. After a long run I’m the mountains, being all muddy and wet and cold, would have loved a complete hot shower. breakfast was nice, as I stated the coffee was great, not the rest of breakfast was bread. there were 8-10 kinds of bread/pastries/donuts. there was one plate of meat and cheese and a bowl of fruit. I mean, I get it, but I was so sick of bread. boiled eggs or some additional type of food that was not bread. again, not trying to be negative, it was just (in my opinion) kind of expensive for bread and cold showers. oh and there was some kind of cat hair or something all over my room, not sure what it was, but it got all over my clothes and made me look like a slob.

Very friendly staff. They didn’t speak much English, and I don’t speak much Spanish, but we found a way to communicate. They were very helpful calling taxis to pick me up from the property and with finding places for me to exchange my money in Argentinian pesos.

People who work here really take care of us. the place is warm and cozy. The room is clean and also has a good bathroom. we were happy that chooses this hosteria.
