Comfortable and cozy style with a good restaurant where we had dinner there for 2 nights. Few blocks down to main street. Good and nice experience.

Very nice staff with a fantastic restaurant. Great dinner and breakfast buffet. My room was also very quiet which was a nice respite after spending the previous night more in the city center.

WiFi was weak in my room.

Cozy little hotel with efficient heating in the room. The view to the snow capped mountains was beautiful. The monument in front was lit up during night and looked very nice with a great view to the harbour.

I wish the breakfast would have started a little sooner so that I could have a proper breakfast before going to the airport.

Great hotel! Excellent value, great location to the main area of town. We requested a room with a bath, and the bath was great, the room was extremely warm (which was lovely), view was great and overall a pleasant stay. WiFi was also excellent.

Breakfast is pretty bland and basic, but it's free, so a good way to get a coffee to start your day!

we stayed at the Hosteria y Restaurante America before and after our voyage to Antarctica. We loved the location because it was away from the busy street and allowed us a short walk each day which we needed after so much time on ships. The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly, helpful and a delight to chat with. breakfast and dinners were good and well priced. the evening chef even offered to pop popcorn for us which was a definite WIN!!! we would definitely return to the Hosteria America!! try it you will like it.

because it’s a smaller hosteria they didn’t have all the services, like where to get a much needed haircut!!

Love this hotel, have stayed there in two consecutive years. Comfy rooms, good views, nice breakfast, good location, friendly helpful staff who were willing to store our luggage for 3 weeks between our 2023 stays. Bonus that restaurant open late has good pumpkin soup.

I was a bit confused by the multiple exchange rates between quoted pesos price and US dollars and credit card payment amounts. Suspect this is a country-wide complication that nobody really understands.

The hotel has a restaurant inside. The room and bathroom were bigger enough and clean.

The first day, we couldn't do a breakfast cause we had an early tour, and the staff didn't give us the possibility to do it before or didn't prepare a breakfast box.
