The food at the restaurant down stairs was very nice and they fitted me in at very short notice

There was a lot of noise going on in the hall way with other people staying there , I had to look up a number to call for assistance from staff , and that person didn’t really sound to confident on fixing the problem. I would have been nice to have a number there I could have called and got told we will sort it out straight away , in the end the noisy people did eventually go , however , that was by 1:30-2:00am in the morning , and I know I wasn’t the only one to complain

Bed was super comfy!

needed maintenance - bathroom Fawcett was loose. Room was small. small table but no chairs.

The room was comfortable with all the facilities required for a short stay with family. The hotel was centrally located with the town centre in easy walking distance.

The lifts. Each lift had its own button, rather than one button which would alert both lifts. The view from the windows were into a carpark or rear entrances of other businesses (other family members had this view). We were fortunate as we had a room on level 4 which allowed us to see beyond the neighbouring buildings, across the town to the nearby countryside.

Dirtiest bathroom i have ever stayed in. Kitchenette and utensils disgusting. Whole place tired. Loud party in restaurant very late in evening. Check in staff pleasant .

in the middle of town. Easy access to shopping, food, entertainment

No dinner options. The vending machine took your money, but gave you NO product! No room service. Milk not replaced on Day 2 or 3. Bed not made once in 3 days!
