Great location close to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Easy checkin and checkout. Underground carparking but cost $15 per night. Bed comfortable. Complimentary laundry room with washing machine and 2 dryers. Free washing powder.

Mix up in communications. I asked for twin beds but was given one large bed. Housekeeping had already finished for the day and was fixed next morning. No lounge in room. Very small table. Bathroom small with not enough bench space. My main complaint is that room was not serviced at least once during our 4 night stay. If you needed supplies you had to go to reception. I believe this was to do with staff shortages. First night husband slipped on unsecured drain cover in shower. Banged his head but luckily he was ok. Reported and fixed next day. Lighting not bright enough.

Apartment size, quiet, parking,great facilities such as w/machine, well stocked kitchen utensils, very clean, comfy beds and good showers. Very helpful reception , Seamless booking and good communication. One block from main street and a popular cafe just opposite for breakfast etc. Excellent hot-water and general shower facilities. TV in 3 rooms allows everyone to watch their preferences. Free fast wi-fi.

Lighting is a little on sombre side. No lights over sink/kitchen prep bench. Not enough bench space adjoining vanity/sink for usual wet-pack stuff, bedrooms lacking bench/table space to place devices etc. Only one bag support so everything else on the floor.

The staff were very good and helpful.

The internet was terrible it was not possible to use most of the evening. The room had no view at all with a brick wall 2 meters in front of the windows.

Spacious bedrooms, lounge area, clean, well-equipped kitchen, very quiet, excellent showers - great for 4 people in the two bedrooms; good window glazing to eliminate street sounds, black out curtains - yes we over-slept! Easy to use washing machine and dryer

Lighting is disappointing. Cool-white low wattage globes in ceiling tend to make all rooms gloomy. No lights above kitchen sink/prep area which is a terrible design omission. Hard to wash dishes in shadows. Hallway ceiling light needed a new globe. Bathrooms/en-suites need additional bench space to place toiletries etc. There is very little space between basin and edge of vanity and there are lots of nooks where a simple fixed shelf could be installed to take wet-packs etc. Whilst bedrooms were ample in size, again lack of a simple table/shelf to put bits and pieces like chargers, devices, small bags, books - everything had to be on the floor.

Drain in shower was not fixed and I nearly slipped over on it. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t seem to be working. Light in kitchen didn’t work. whole building seemed to be stuffy. Buttons in lift need repairing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Quest on Townsend. The rooms were clean, quiet and well stocked with expected items of a self contained unit. Room prices were reasonable and the beds are super comfortable. The hotel is also in close proximity to supermarkets and central Albury

Location & room size.

It was so noisy all night with people walking and running up the hallway. You could get the garbage emptied at a more appropriate time besides 5.45 am with the truck rumbling under your room and garbage bin lids banging. Next door constantly banging the sliding wardrobe door on the wall.

Studio apartment short stays would be good long stay I would probably go 1 bed apartment albury 2022
