Great location close to town and very comfy beds. Great open kitchen/dining area for you to enjoy the place with friends.
Only 1 bathroom and the 3rd bedroom out the back would be very cold in winter.

Toilet seat needed replacing was in a scratched, damaged condition.
The cover was not on the manhole in hallway outside bathroom, only found this the morning we left. We had wondered where the draft came from.
Lots of leaves left outside back door area made access in damp conditions difficult

Very convenient location. Felt like we blended into the suburb nicely. Close to our relatives home. Spacious and comfortable, well appointed. Will definitely stay again.
Neighbour had a dog which barked when they weren't home, which is possibly something they aren't aware of?

Loved proximity to centre of town. Can walk to botanical gardens & restaurants. Very clean & homely. Easy to book. Great cooling as stayed in summer time. Excellent value for money. Everything you need for a comfy stay.

Location was great it was quiet the house was fantastic suited us and our pets perfectly
The only thing I can fault was the bed was hard and uncomfortable

location was central, great facilities and very comfortable. Walking distance to city centre, close to botanical gardens and if you love a walk with a bit of challenge try the walk up to the monument, views were spectacular.
Bath/shower could do with a hand rail.

Front flyscreen doesn't lock so leaving front door open for air flow is a risk.
Rear flyscreen torn letting in mosquitoes. Needs replacing.
Oven light doesn't work so cooking in the oven is a challenge.

Some of the older glasswork in the door & windows are cracked, had to stay mindful of it.

It was charming and quaint, could not of asked for anything more. Tye fact that it was pet friendly was an absolute bonus. Hope to go back one day.

Loved the decor and style of the house and the very comfortable bed. Having a washing machine and drier was appreciated. Great location for quick access to Albury CBD and Botanic Gardens.
Bathroom window needs a blind or curtain. Traffic noise from Pemberton road.

The house is central to town, great heating ( freezing cold and wet outside)
No one had put the red bin out for collection before we arrived, and it was over flowing with garbage.

When we arrived barbecue was filthy Previous occupants hadn't cleaned it. We couldn't work out the oven also, it was on at wall but we couldn't get it to go. That could of just been us though not figuring it out

central location, very roomy.
Had a lot of trouble with internet connection, basically our devices kept saying there was no internet connection so we used a lot of our data during our stay. Fresh pillows would make the stay a little more comfortable. The bathroom window needs a blind of some sort for privacy.

Beds were comfy, sheets were crisp, air con worked well, clean bathroom, plenty of space.
Could do with some locks on windows and better lock on back door. The back yard area was not that enticing to sit in.

we liked the location of the cottage, and enjoyed the shopping locations and the street was very nice with all the trees ect.
