Photos make this look like a one level room however it was two stories and I was travelling with my 90 year old disabled grandmother who had recently had surgery.
At least show accurate photos of the room!

The damp smell in the room. I queried it with the gentleman on reception and was told previous guests had left windows open in torrential rain and wet the carpets. We felt this should have been remedied before letting again.
Also bathroom seemed a little dated considering the cost of our stay.

Great location, walk out your door and you are right on the beautiful Paihia waterfront.
The room was huge with excellent kitchen facilities.
Loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom.
The bed was very comfortable and warm.
The heated swimming pool was an added bonus.

In front of the beach, the location is perfect. The manager and receptionnist were very helpful and nice. The suite was clean, spaceful and very good decorated.

Easy to find location. Our room was spacious, clean and provided lots of facilities. Close to the shops and restaurants. Heated tiles in the bathroom were lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Parking was a bit of a pain, going underground and navigating the stairwell with big bags. Wouldn't put us off staying there again.

Everything! has everything you could possibly need for a quick trip or long stay. Location is ideal as it is near the shops and restaurants etc. Facilities provided are great!
Wish the pool was open later, but understand that it can’t be for noise etc
