The hotel offers express check in and makes everything easy. Near Taupo town. Made our bed and replaced our towel on our second night and that was a surprise because usually the hotel won’t change your towel if you’re not staying there longer.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment queen in one room 2 singles in the next room and a pull out couch. It’s quiet, modern, clean, comfy, very tidy. Balcony outside lounge and balcony outside the bedrooms. A cafe and 4 square across the road. Great value for money. Designated Parking outside the room, lighting in car park.

The staff were responsive and helpful beyond expectations prior to checkin. Our arrival went smoothly, which is important when travelling with someone on the Autism Spectrum. Our room was thoughtfully assigned, in response to my prior advice that our son has disabilities. The room was really modern, clean, neat, well appointed and efficient. I would happily stay their for an extended period. Even the people running the 4 Square over the road were kind and helpful. The beds were comfy, and we enjoyed the layout of the room/apartment.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the bathroom fan came on with the light, making nightlife visits loud. We remedied this by opening the venitian in the bathroom and letting in the street light. Overnight, there were noises coming from the ceiling, possibly pipes?? At time they were very loud, and woke me a few times. I eould probably get used to it overtime, and knowing what it was would have helped too. But, it was a little worrying at times, wondering if there was a leak or a problem.

No customer contact at all sent a text told unit number and key is under mat and a phone number to call if you need anything?this is not hospitality as I know it

Space, good bathroom, good TV, heat pump. Staff were polite and friendly.

Neighbours were loud until after 9:30pm. Cooking elements took some figuring out.

the lady was unbelievably disorganised! the office was closed when we arrived, we phoned the number and she told us to go to room 10, this was occupied and we gave the man a real surprise! I phoned her again and she said sorry, it was room 9. Room 9 was actually the correct room but she had already put someone in there by mistake…. surprised man number 2. She phoned him and he vacated the room for us, poor man!! Next morning the cleaning lady nearly walked in while we were there as she thought the room was empty!
