Everything. This accommodation was very clean and well presented. Only a few Km out of main CBD. Washing m/c and clothes line a welcome sight. Nice views. Plenty of space.

Perfect location and plenty of room.

A good location as a base to visit Huka Falls & white water rafting in Turangi. We wanted a house to have some space & do some washing halfway through a 2 week trip. The owners provided easy to follow instructions for key pick up. The lounge area was huge.

The downstairs bed was apparently not very comfortable according to 2 of our group. Dealing with our own non- recyclable rubbish was unusual for us.

Excellent location, so close to town and being able to see the river was special for us. The house was always warm & toasty to come back to after a day on a windy rugby field

The comfort, the roomiest, (compared to motels!) There were four of us adults, (2 from Aussies) and they said WOW this is fabulous.

Being very cold on our last morning, the frost was solid. Beautiful days, clear scenic views all around us. Could not have faulted a thing. Cleanliness was exceptional. Kitchen was well stocked with all needed.

Nothing really, if I had to point one thing out it would be the T.V wasn’t a smart t.v but we went and got a chrome cast from town and had an awesome movie night in.

Good location, 15 min walk to the centre.

The property is rather run down and needs some tlc, missing blinds in kitchen, carpet stairs coming away so spikes sticking up on stairs, couldn’t find outdoor lights, place not hoovered properly, didn’t feel too secure as glass sliding main doors and single glass back door.

Keys were in a lock box on site and the code had been sent to me prior to arrival.

A great location - close to our conference. Easy instructions however, I forgot to save them or screen shot them so it was my fault I couldn't find the lockbox number.

There was a bit of road noise. My husband found our bed a bit too soft.

Comfy and spacious, hosts are helpful and it's also cheaper than most. Definitely somewhere we would come back and recommend

Confortable and warm house

The location of the house was perfect. It was spacious and gave lots of space for off street parking for all the guests. We all loved the place and highly recommend it for other people to stay there.

There was not enough towels for all the guests considering it was a full house and seemed to be enough for 1 shower each, so spare towels would have been nice. Also, the TV in the bottom room did not work. Also think that maybe some more covering on the deck would have been nice. Otherwise, a lovely place.

Provided our own food. Location was great. Close to town. Big garage to store the jet ski. Plenty of room if there was a big group staying.

Traffic was a bit noisy due to location

Very spacious, well-equipped and at easy walking distance from the town centre and marina. Excellent value for money!
