Breakfast - really good.

Terrible location, very noisy, plenty of crazy people. They forced me to wait long time during check-in, in check-out they asked me to pay again but I have paid during the check-in and didn't ask for receipt. After they checked - they apologised... very unprofessional! A/C remote controller doesn't work. Pillows very uncomfortable to sleep. Swimming pool full of crazy westerns doing lgbt stuff.

Location was very prime, and the room was very clean and tidy. AC worked very well during the 40c heat wave. Staff are very friendly and attentive, included breakfast was also delicious

Location is right in front of a club, which can be a little hard to fall asleep to but you can expect this. Ear plugs are provided so they did think of this ahead of time.

Très proche du centre ville. Beaucoup de restaurants et d’échoppes à côté de l’hôtel. La piscine était ok pour un Hôtel de Ville.

Le bruit était gênant. Les murs ne sont pas assez insonorisés. Pour un couple qui sort, c’est ok. Pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge, c’est moins approprié.

Un très bel hotel dans le centre vivant de Hué. Très belle chambre, excellent petit déjeuner, un personnel gentil et attentionné à vos demandes. Parfait !

Very nice hotel. Helpful, friendly staff. Comfy bed & good size bathroom. Breakfast was excellent in block adjacent. Very central.

We used this hotel for an afternoon just to shower and use the pool for a few hours while we waited for an overnight train. The pool was good, and it was cheap.

There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The shower is over the bath and the floor of the bath is not supported. It sort of felt like you could fall through the floor if you were heavy enough. The shower also leaked onto the bathroom floor, into the tiles and then disappeared. The carpets on level 2 were very worn and it looked like they have had a leak at some stage. The floor is sagging and the carpets are damp. We did not stay the night but across the road from the hotel is the walking street which got very loud by the time we left. The flashing colorful lights from a large building across the street were coming directly into the room. Earplugs had been supplied on the bedside table so I guess that's an indicator of the noise and reflected in the price of the hotel.

Bardzo miła, pomocna obsługa. Na plus świeże owoce. Budynek w miarę nowoczesny. Basen czysty. Usługa prania odzieży bez zarzutu.

Bardzo mierne śniadania, zupy niesmaczne, sajgonki stare, krewetki w cieście gumowate. Hotel położony dość blisko głównej ulicy, stąd wieczorem było głośno. Barierka na balkonie nie dostosowana do wyższych osób, można bardzo łatwo przez nią wypaść. Niektóre szafki zakurzone, nie przetarte. Standard w Wietnamie - drzwi mają szpary i wszystko słychać z korytarza.

Location was perfect for visiting Hue historical sites. Plenty of choice of restaurants around and about. Breakfast was served in the cafe next door. Very polite, helpful staff at all times.

Unfortunately we had a problem with our air conditioning but we overcame that.

We had to move rooms because of noise from a new night club nearby. The new room was much quieter but we were disappointed we couldn't enjoy the room we had booked.

Die Bar gegenüber hat jeden Abend sehr laute Musik gespielt, Trotz geschlossenen Fenstern und Ohropax war kaum zu Schlafen, die Bässe dröhnten durch und durch, erst lange nach Mitternacht wurde die Lautstärke verringert, Deswegen können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Petit déjeuner excellent avec des produits très variés et très frais. Le personnel souriant et sensible à notre bien être. La propreté et les structures de l'hôtel sont parfaites.

Am Abend hört man die Party Gäste unten auf der Straße, das war etwas ärgerlich.

It was clean, in a great location and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast’s offered a variety of food with omelets made to order. Our friend lost a parcel at the next stop and the Rosaleen found it and got it delivered to her safe and sound.

Good service, Good Location - hotel is in the walking street., Neat and clean toilet and room. Even laundry is budget friendly.

Everying was good. Nothing to complain.

A good location

We were a last minute check in- our room was in the area closest to the outside bar- which we could see a few meters from our room- which was understandable given our last minute check in- however- it was up two flights of stairs and the breakfast area was as well. This hotel is ok but for people like me with mobility problems- totally not helpful… but we didn’t know about the lack of lifts at the time.

Het was een beetje luidruchtig omdat het bij het dicht bij het uitgaansleven was. Wij houden ervan vroeg te gaan slapen. De airco overstemd het geluid grotendeels maar een paar oordoppen zijn wel handig. Hoewel het wel om een uurtje of elf rustig wordt. Dus geen last ‘s nachts

Le quartier est très animé le soir ( bars , karaoke ) et malheureusement le bruit monte jusqu’aux étages. Côté rue , des bouchons d’oreilles étaient même fournis

Une bonne situation un peu en retrait des bars, malgré tout un peu de bruit mais c’est supportable. L’accueil et l’amabilité du personnel, la propreté. Très grand choix pour le petit déjeuner.

Zimmerausstattung war gut, Bett mit Topper war fantastisch zum Schlafen, Die Lage des Hotels in Mitten der Einkaufsstraßen waren gut. Sehr gute Restaurants und Infrastruktur und gute Restaurantempfehlung vom Hotel. Pool war schön, nur das Wetter war zu kalt im Dezember und der Pool war frisch. Frühstück hatte große Auswahl, überwiegend vietnamesisch. Frühstückseier wurden frisch zubereitet. Speisen waren schmackhaft und heiß. Personal an Rezeption ist freundlich. Es gibt ein eigenständiges Cafe am Hotel, wo man auch sehr gut Essen kann, wenn man Keine ÜF gebucht hat,

Treppenhaus wurde gerade renoviert. Etwas hellhörig, Musik/TV/Stimmen aus Nachbarzimmer gehört.

Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Staff were especially friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best I’ve had for a long time. I’d highly recommend this place and am coming back for a second visit.

Difficult to think of anything I didn’t like.

The hotel is clean and the location is good. A lot of good restaurants with delicious and affordable food nearby. The staff is so friendly, especially the doorman who helped me check in and carried luggages smiles all the time.

A lot of pubs are nearby with loud music and shinning lights in night.

Khách sạn nằm ngay trung tâm, nhân viên thân thiện, phòng sạch, hiện đại, đầy đủ tiện nghi, ăn sáng ngon. Quán cà phê cạnh bên phục vụ thức uống ngon, không gian quán ấm cúng.

Vào ăn sáng nhân viên nhận vé ăn không thân thiện, và khi khách ăn sáng thì đứng gần làm cho khách k thấy thoải mái. Khách sạn đang xây dựng thêm nên phía trước dơ.

Nos recibieron con una bebida y unos pastelitos. Nos subieron las maletas a la habitación. Habitación muy amplia y baño estupendo, bastante limpio. El personal muy amable, trato impecable, parece que tiene más de 4 estrellas. El desayuno muy completo: fruta, crepes, pan, huevos revueltos, yogur...

El picnic del desayuno, era muy pobre y nada que ver con el desayuno de allí.
