Breakfast was good with chef making fresh omelette.

Wifi not working in rooms and floors. You need to get to reception area to use wifi.

Nothing but the location

The staff were rude, we booked a room with view and got a stinky room with minimal view. They lied about other rooms availability, lied about the view blocking wooden "mashrabeya" claiming it is a requirement by the municipality on higher floors which is clearly not correct if you check that it goes on all floors for specific rooms as a decorative/architectural decision. They then after a long anyone conversation showed us another room that didn't have the wooden "mashrabeya" but only saw one or two minarets if you walk in a weird narrow passage. Asked them for a downgrade to a clean room without view if we're not getting view, they refused and asked me to do it from booking.com of course after they wasted the time and it was beyond the time I could do it and they said even if I did it before that they will still reject it.

The behaviour of the staffs

قرب الفندق من الحرم فقط بضع خطوات، ايضا وجبة الفطور كانت اكثر من رائعة وايضا نظافة المكان.

اعتقد ان السعر مرتفع بعض الشيء وايضا حمام الغرفة كان ضيق للغاية.

Facilities were bad, staff was rude and unavailable most of time. They gave us a room on smoking floor due to the smoke smell we could sleep all night. Bathroom was clean but there was very bad odor. Beds were tiny, I’m 6’ 1” and my legs were hanging down the bed while I was lying on it.

First off, the location was okay but the room was dirty, under the bed was full of garbage the carpet was dirty and the bedsheet also was not clean, there was a smear of blood in one of the bed. Also the AC wasn’t working properly it was very hot for both room with our friends in a Family room. we inform the staff but nothing was done. we were sleeping uncomfortably. there was no complementary drinking water available once we arrive, one of the water heater not working and very dirty and smelly. I wish the hotel staff would conduct survey on their property to see if every room is clean and AC working, also if all the things inside the room working or if there was a towel available for the guest. we were 5 , there was only 2 towel inside the family room with 5 beds, how come? rooms are not clean property like the staff doesn’t care. I wasn’t able to take photo of bedsheet with blood. i hope you will improve your service and hotel property for future guests and their comfort.

"I recently stayed at the hotel and found the overall experience to be satisfactory. However, I do believe that there is room for improvement in the level of staff education and training. I found that some staff members did not meet the minimum standards of hospitality. Despite this, the facilities were well-maintained, and the location was convenient. I hope to see the staff receive further training to enhance the overall guest experience

Small rooms. Bathroom cubicle missing a door, can't take a shower without flooding the rest of the bathroom. Bathroom even missing the face towels which were provided once I pointed it out.

Location is really prime, just across the street from the Haram. Breakfast was good but repetitive. The staff were very welcoming and professional.

Although the housekeeping staff were cleaning the room everyday, the bed sheets were not changed for the entire 4 days we stayed. On the last day we found a tick on the bed which made us not sleep.
