The spaciousness of the rooms , laundry inside the rooms and dishes, microwave & refrigerator availability inside the room.

Water inside shower was cold

Not very far from Haram and outside building was good.

I booked it and when I reached there they said it s full, on the reception was an Indian guy who was really un welcoming and non professional. My recommendation is to kindly remove such kind of hotels who are not entertaining the booking.com booking.

Its a new hotel with very good and comfortable rooms.

There was some awkward smell in the bathroom.

Clean, well maintained, nice room

Wifi was so week and unable to connect most of the time. Location is good all restaurants are nearby but far from haram shareef

- restaurants are near about hotel. - parking is available without any extra cost. - check in procedure is very fast.

- hotel is very far away from masjid e nabwi, and they are not providing shuttle service after commitment or showing on booking.com. so if you consider cost of taxi better to book near about hotels. - no housekeeping in two days stay after so many follow-up.
