The room was Small with double beds, very dusty and dirty, hair is every where on the floor. Breakfast was £16.00, car park with discount £12.00 per night, near to the centre walking distance.

Everything, great style and very high quality furniture and furnishings. The whole hotel from shared spaces and room was very well thought out. Super clean and luxury bed and bedding. A very central location, lots to see and do within easy walking distance. Great value for money. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Was not worth the price we paid for the night, due to size of room and facilities inside. You are paying for the 'looks of the hotel' rather than the room space. The room was tiny box

Liked the room, was very professionally set up for my visit. The room was clean and tidy. I also liked the staff, lovely lovely people. Towels were really soft for the shower also.

The shower wasn't the best. There was very little bins so I had to create my own bins for the cleaner. Also, when I was checking in there wasn't as much staff as there should have been to help us. This was not the staffs fault and instead the actual management's fault itself. The staff who were there were able to help us eventually. The Ipads could do with a bit of an upgrade - aren't as quick as I recalled from my first experience at Citizen M. One last thing, AIRCON! We can't open the windows in the rooms, so atleast give us Aircons. Lowest setting I could set the room temp at was 18° which is still too hot for the likes of me 😂.

Did enjoy all the pastries hated the scramble eggs I like mine plain there was no vegetarian sausages

Did find lights very confusing had to use my phone during the night to go to the toilet

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lobby areas are comfortable and eclectically decorated.

Basic room reminiscent of a budget airline. Shower ran spontaneously hot to cold. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. iPad enabled room control an unnecessary novelty.

We were blown away by all of the facilities this hotel had to offer as well as the exceptional staff they have on board. A special shout out to Edwardo who was simply fantastic.

I thought the breakfast was fabulous. And to be so warmly greeted by all the staff was so lovely.

I think you need to cater for people who have food allergies. Absolutely everything on the menu, apart from some nut and olives , had gluten in it. I know that you are located in the heart of the city but I had my 9 year old son with me who was getting brain treatment and was so exhausted by the end of the day , that it was a real effort to go back outside the hotel to find a meal that was gluten free.

staff were lovely and the prosecco on arrival was a nice touch!

the room was so tiny and for £300 for the night just really wasn’t what we expected, the pillows and covers etc just looked very dirty as if they hadn’t been washed in years. not having a window to look out for was also very claustrophobic. just overall wasn’t worth what we paid.
