Stayed at these apartments 4 times this year and always find them well kept and equipped. The central location is great and has easy access to transport, shops, and food and drink establishments. Would book again for future stays in Glasgow.

The bed was a small double when there was plenty of room in the bedroom for a larger bed. The apartment was expensive by our standards but so was everything else in Glasgow.

Great place to stay. It is central location makes it easy for getting around Glasgow by foot or public transport. The flat are clean and well equipped. I have stayed in these apartment on my last 3 visits to Glasgow and will use them again for my next visit.

Someone at the property stole my wallet from inside my luggage. Looked like an insider job.

Property was not willing to help to investigate disappearance of my wallet.

The apartment was in a great location, well equipped and clean. Requests for extra towels and problem with TV reception after storm were dealt with prompted by attentive friendly staff. We would book these apartment again when staying in Glasgow.

The key collection. I arrived on a Sunday and used the telephone number to inform the apartments of my estimated arrival time. I was then told to contact them again when I was at the apartment. When I tried to call from outside the apartment I got an answering service so was not met as promised. Eventually with the help of a resident of the apartment block I was able to locate the person with the key and get into my apartment.

lift did not work, tv did not work for days and neither did wifi. was not kept updated on when lift would be fixed and as on 8th floor was a nightmare. offered alternative apartment after complaining which had no heating put on prior to moving and no wifi again.

I liked everything about dream house

Loved the location and the overall feel of the apartment.

There were a few things that were broken when we checked in. The wardrobe in the main bedroom, the chest of drawers in the 2nd bedroom, and the shower head in the ensuite bathroom were broken and falling apart. We informed the management but due to the quarantine we were informed that they will come to the property to fix them after our quarantine ends. However, even after the period of our quarantine, no one turned up to fix the problems. However, these are small issues which didn't affect our enjoyment of the apartment. The beds in both bedroom were too small for 2 persons. Both rooms are big enough to house much bigger beds. Time to deep clean the sofa in the living room. It smelt quite bad.

Great city centre location. Restaurants and bars minutes away. Close to public transport. Attentive management. Good housekeeping.

Flat location was over a supermarket and cafe loading area. Could be noisy on delivery days early morning and on garbage collection mornings. Window blinds in bedrooms didn’t close all the way so sunlight creeped in early morning 🙁

The location is great! And it was probably once really lovely. Fine for a short stay. We stayed for two weeks to get us set up in Glasgow-would not recommend.

The wall mounted toilet was coming OFF THE WALL!! So when you sat on it it groaned and shifted as though it were coming off. The window in the bedroom did not close (it was open when we arrived) and had to be lifted back into the frame. None of the blinds could be held open because the hooks to hold them were coming away from the wall. The iron was filthy and could not be used until we had cleaned it. When the cleaner came she did not replace the tea towel or bedding which was strange to me for a two week stay. Most frustrating was that they would not give us a post key for the box. So I had to continually email Lisa to ask her to remind the cleaner to check the post for us. A few times I was able to get the post myself, luckily because many times the post was not checked.

Location was amazing. Convenient Tesco Express below, easy walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Allocated parking was extremely helpful.

Some of the furnishings were a little simple and looked cheap, the blinds in particular.

Great apartment at heart of Glasgow city, close to everything and a 2 small Tesco and a Sainsbury nearby for groceries, loads of restaurant options and George square is right around the corner, very clean , nice hosts , I didn't have a reachable phone number and they were ok contacting me via internet messages, smooth check in and check out, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and a huge tv with fast wi-fi , excellent apartment!

Very short .... Very good property ... Nicely maintained ... But this is not what It impressed as it is their duty ... We were traveling late and was informed to inform before an hour we reach ... we got delayed with rain in the outskirts and not able to drive .. We called them at 12:30 AM and said we will be reaching in another hour and she was glad to support ... she was waiting in the road and recognizing us by name and had a hearty welcome... Was all good in the apartment ??? ... Yes it was except a day where we had boiler issues... We informed and the fix did not take 15 mins ... Here I felt a family caring for us ... Good days which I will always remember ... Will stay @ Dreamhouse once again ... - Elan
