Meal options at the restaurant are ideal for large groups but not enough options with individual portions or serving size for couples.

The amenities designed for kids were a highlight of our stay. My children loved the spacious play area, which kept them entertained for hours. The hotel also offers a delightful kids' pool, making it easy for them to splash around while we relaxed nearby. Additionally, the staff were incredibly accommodating, providing us with everything we needed to ensure our kids felt right at home.

We stayed here for our daughter's 2nd birthday, and it was our first time booking a hotel in this price range. At first, I was a bit hesitant since I’m not used to spending that much for just one night, but honestly, it was totally worth it. A few hours after checking in and seeing our daughter enjoy the activities, my husband and I already felt like the experience alone made it worth every penny. The place is so comforting, like a home away from home. It almost felt like we lived there! We really appreciated the milk and Oreo they provided. It’s clear that the hotel is really kid-friendly. And I almost forgot, I only requested a free setup with balloons and a message, but they even added a cake for free! I was so touched. It was also nice how the staff kept updating us whenever scheduled activities for kids were about to start. The breakfast was delicious too! It really feels like home. This was definitely an unforgettable experience for our little family, especially since our baby had such a great time. Everyone was so accommodating, and we also had a great sleep - the beds were super comfy. This is definitely a place we’d love to come back to. Thank you, Hotel Kimberly! Until next time 🙂

After we left, they charged us on my credit card alleged loss of the clothing hangers of which we are 100% sure that we didn't take them as per statement of our companion who fixed our things & bags. That's unfair & in fact illegal. Forgot exact amount the charge but a considerable one. And even minimal cost, same wasn't just right. It would have been a good stay but for that experience, we will never come back. Recommending also to others that Kimberly should not be considered as the place worth staying. We really hate what they did & I still become furious whenever I'm reminded just like now.

The grounds facilities. Room are good too. Al fresco tables for people with pets.

Care for pets. We paid 1,500 but no amenities for pets given. Unlike in Kimberly Manila we got a pee pad and water bowl.
