The location is fantastic

Poor maintenance, old, dated, mildew in shower, showers cold, telephones in suite not working, TV not working… appalling.

The property is no longer properly maintained. The aircon of the room first assigned to us was not functioning that we had to be transferred to another room. The door in the veranda is not functioning. The room is not carefully cleaned. The room is not sound proof.

Location, near supermarket and restos, convenient parking

Weak wifi

The location was great. Restos, cafe, supermarket are just nearby. The view of Taal volcano was magnificent. The staff are very accommodating and friendly.

The building needs a little renovation for the fixtures inside the room.

Location

1. All the remote control are not working. 2. Wifi are not working. 3. The TV is useless. 4. The telephone is damage. Hard to call to the front desk. 5. The main door is so hard to open. 6. The lock of balcony door and window are damage. 7. The elevator sometimes are mulfunctioning. 8. The hallway are flooding of rain water, and it goes in to the unit. 9. The Staff are lazy. We requested for additional bed, it takes 3hrs to serve our request, and takes me 5 times to follow up. I also requested to fix all the remote control and the telephone, it takes an hour to action my request but still they replace the remote with another damage remote control. And the telephone are still damage. The restaurant staff most of them are a little bit rude except for 1 lady, but the rest they dont know how to smile specially the manager.

It is the closest hotel to the BMX track which is just 10 minutes walk. Restaurants and supermarket is just next to the hotel which is really convenient.

The facility is old. The main door is really difficult to open and the balcony door cannot be locked. The toilet bowl has leakage and the water makes half of the toilet wet. Hot water for shower is too weak.

The staff were efficient, polite and nice to our pet. Checking in and out are easy. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet had good selection.

The room was not sound proof, you could hear the vehicles and occupants from the adjacent room. The aircon leaked and the corridors were flooded due to the heavy rain.
