The view was definitely amazing! The hot and cold shower’s nice.

Needs more cleaning. We found 1 pc of dried rice on our bed :|

The staff members were very accommodating. They assisted my dad every time we went outside or went back to our room. We also liked the breakfasts--big breakfasts which kept us full even up until lunchtime :)

- big portions of breakfast (we had longganisa and the chicken fingers) - quiet and relaxing atmosphere and also away from the main roads/highways

- the bathroom had a smell either from the water or the plumbing

The place has a nice view you can take a photo wherever. The room is clean. Staff is also very accommodating. Bathroom has heater. Our family liked almost everything.

The complimentary breakfast. We thought that the food will be served at the time we mentioned but we waited 30 mins after we got to the resto. Eggs and rice were served cold, so most of the time we left them out. Wifi connections are also weak.

The view deck and our room having direct access to the garden. Room is quite big with kitchen, though unnecessary since we're just 2.

Quite noisy, as you can hear people in the hallway..Especially the little ones.. The bed was totally uncomfortable....like an old mattress... really unpleasant sleep... The breakfast - pre ordered the night before to be served 9am the following day.. Went to the resto for the breakfast @ 10 mins before 9 and was served 9:35.. 45 mins waiting time despite pre ordering the breakfast... Coffee is good but was only single served in a small cup.. Of all the times we've been in Tagaytay and various accom, this is the only one with no coffee refills :-( ......... and most disgusting were the dog poops in the garden... saw 3 of them......
