Great location with a short walk into Surfers Paradise. Spacious apartments with a great view of the ocean

Great Ocean View from apartment 1304 - Sadly it looks like the view will disappear soon once the new apartment blocks in front of and to the side of the Baronet apartments are completed

Main issue - Car parking spots are a joke, especially 1304 looking to fit a matchbox car in the spaces. When I asked for a different space was told they were all booked out because of schoolies despite every day 75% of the car park being empty.
Main issue - The apartment was dated, tired and in the need of some modernisation and TLC
Main issue - Was told this was a non schoolies complex but found that some schoolies were being allowed to stay, although credit to those schoolies they were courteous.

View and rooms were amazing, rooms better than pictures , very modern. Washing machine & dryer made it great , and kitchen to cook in . The Sun steams onto balcony also into lounge and rooms..view was amazing over looking beach
No gym, pool wasn't as warm for a heated pool, and spa button wasn't labelled was a bit hard to find, curtains in main bedroom needs a full block out if u want a sleep in

The apartments had a great pool, spa and tennis court! We made use of these facilities every day! Friendly service at reception. Good location, close to the tram stop and in the middle of surfers paradise and pacific fair mall which was very handy. Fantastic cooking facilities, everything I needed utensil wise to cook was there.☺️
Was unaware that the room wouldn’t be service each day it every couple of days - they did refresh the room once however when we went away for a few nights to Brisbane for an event.

Situated right in the middle of surfers, 2 min walk from beach and very central to everything. Views from our apartment were amazing. Overall we highly enjoyed our stay here
The pillows on our beds were too hard/no squish in them which was uncomfortable. everything else was 10/10

close enough to surfers paradise to walk, far enough away you don’t hear the drunken shenanigans
no toiletries, no blanket, staff were unhelpful in the beginning, room too hot and ac does not cool bedroom no matter what you do, pillows and bed uncomfortable. hot and cold water reversed, after hours check in process is too difficult even when you pre call to help finalise details. no mention of carpark height. garbage chute fit for Polly pocket and that’s about it.

couldn’t smoke at the apartment at all not even at the balcony which I wasn’t told,and the owners of unit 1401 the next day stuck a piece of paper in the elevator saying ( don’t smoke 🚭 at the balcony thank you ) felt very uncomfortable 😳 and a week later the receptionist came knocking on my door telling me not to smoke so immediately from the moment I went there it was a war against Byers and renters which made my whole stay very uncomfortable,I ended up leaving nearly 10 days earlier ..the only rang to find out why I had left the keys earlier and that was that

I did a late self-check in to find a non sea view low floor room even though I booked explicitly highfloor with sea view.
not only did they not explian what happened they charged me the full amount for the upgraded room.
there was noone in the reception my entire stay. when they finally showed up as I was chrckout they apologized and said they'll adjust the charges. Nothing happened yet!!

The pool was nice & it was a decent sized apartment
It needed a lot of maintenance done to it. We couldn’t open the screen door in the bedroom which also had holes in the mesh. We booked a mid floor ocean view apartment & got one on the third floor out of around 20 floors. The corridor reeked of pet urine. The bath tap leaked continuously. You almost needed a ladder to get up on the bed.

The apartment was great, fantastic view from the 8th floor! Great location good parking, so convenient for everything! Daughter loved the pool! Very quiet! We'll definitely be back

Good views and good location. Comfortable bed but not big enough.
Carpet was dirty. Shower leaked and drip strip was filthy. Facilities in room very basic. Had to argue to get a hair dryer.

Fridge broke down and we weren't able to get another one so we had to go and buy and esky and ice as well as there was no hot water on the last day of our stay

Wash hand basin was 98% blocked, muck coming up Reported it day after we arrived, got fixed day before we left. Shower head fell apart first time we used it (was replaced following day). Permanent stain on bottom bed sheet. One of blankets was dirty and frayed (was replaced). Toilet bowl needed proper cleaning. Very hard to open sliding door onto balcony.

I booked our stay about two days out from travelling. The apartment exceeded my expectations in size, cleanliness and comfort. Would highly recommend staying at these apartments.

Location was great. 10min walk to Cavill Ave. 100mt to the beach. Great views (until someone builds in front).
Nice pool - not huge but certainly big enough.
My son had broken glove in his bedroom & the lamp that was next to his bed had no plugs in the wall near it. The only plug outlet in the wall was on complete opposite side of the room & cord wouldn’t reach.
We asked for the light to have a new glove or an extension lead so we could plug the lamp in (on our 1st day). 2 days later they gave us a power bank (not an extension cord) which was only a meter long so still didn’t reach the wall outlet.
on the 6th morning when checking out we still had not had the light fixed or an extension cord in my sons room.
Went to use the sauna in the male change rooms & it wasn’t working.

the location
the apartment we staying in was very old and run down. I booked this place as last time we stayed here it was nice and comfortable but this time the room was a massive down grade plus was more expensive than last time on a lower floor and a worse room. came back here as we loved it last time but after our previous stay I will not be back.

This is my second stay at The Baronnet, and the best parts are the location, view, had everything you need for a holiday. Walking distance to everything!
