We booked a three bedroom apartment which was really spacious for two adults and five kids. The full kitchen and laundry really made our stay easier. The apartment while a little dated was still very clean and had everything we needed. The views from our floor also great. The pool facilities were great, clean and vast, the kids had a ball. The location to everything meant we could walk everywhere which was nice.

It wasn't far to travel to our destination. The Thai restaurant was lovely. The lady on the front desk who actually helped me was beautiful

The rude lady while checking in and also the same rude lady who found the need to talk down to a child while she was asking for yet another internet code, as you need codes to make it work. The internet is so slow that it rarely works. We had to change rooms as the oven smelled so bad they brought housekeeping up there to clean it, only to find out it didn't work. We had to move rooms so we went from an ocean view to a cheaper room, which I did agree to as we were there for a week and didn't have another choice. The whole place is very dated, and the drains in the showers smell bad. The floors were dirty and the carpets need some deep cleaning. I had to go out and buy tea towels and trays just to be able to cook a meal. I do not recommend the Mantra Crown Towers if you need to stay for an extended period.

The location was great, walking distance to everything Surfers Paradise. The facilities at the Mantra were great for the kids and having the option of indoor and outdoor pools was great.

The rooms could have been a lot cleaner and staff on reception could have been a little more accommodating.

Location was perfect and we could walk everywhere. Stuff at the apartment were very friendly and welcoming.

First apartment that was booked we arrived and went into the room and unfortunately it was not what we expected and not clean for a baby. Furniture was all scratched and my husband would not stay in. We called reception to request another room and had no chose but to pay extra $700 on top of what we have already paid to stay in a more cleaner room. Rooms need to be renovated and cleaner specifically in the shower area.

Awesome pool which was very enjoyable, good location and see views.

Rooms are really dated. No room service in the four days we stayed there, no new towels and rubbish in the kitchen was piling up so really not ideal. My son was sleeping on a roll out bed and was so bad he fell out of the bed on the first night.
