Room was big compared to other hotels. Bed was comfortable. In room washer and dryer is convenient. Hotel was next to a mini supermarket which was very convenient.

The room was not cleaned well when we arrived. Empty bottle and other items and rubbish under the sofa and bed. Reception offered another room but it had a terrible musty/smoky smell and offered no other rooms. We stayed in the same room and they did a clean the next day but still left one item under the sofa. The Ottoman was also very stained.

Location good, room clean, staff helpful.

I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay extra for Cleaning and having your rubbish bin emptied

Very outdated hotel. Smell in the bathroom, cleanliness was poor, stains on furniture and bedding, bits of rubbish on the balcony. The extra charge for housecleaning when it should be a part of the room rate. The limited housekeeping they do offer everyday was not satisfactory. We were there for 6 nights, the request was left on the door everyday yet it was only fulfilled twice. Other days we had to call reception to pick up rubbish or left our towels at the door. Low standard of service compared to other Japanese hotels.

Liked the price, location ( close to the subway and a JR line).

The rooms were large for Tokyo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did their best to speak English.

The rooms were less than spot clean. The full cleaning is only available once a week. If you put the magnet on the door they will change out the towels and trash cans. When I walked into the room, the blankets had stains on them and the bathroom had not been cleaned. They were able to switch out the blankets for me. The bathroom was not disgusting but it was not spot clean before my stay.

The hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and this is my third time staying and the ideal location is a draw for me--not too busy in the neighbourhood. I recommend this to everyone.

Close to train and metro station and convenience stores on main street. Felt safe.

Washing machine wouldn't fill with water which disappointed us so we washed our clothes by hand.

Location is good.

The room was too small even we booked economy room which was 20m2 . Bathroom was clean but underneath the washbasin it was broken and so dirty .They charged extra for bedding and all . No cleaning at all on regular basis so its so hard when you have a baby along . kitchenette doesn’t have any extra utensils to cook only a pan , bed was too small to fit two people . We took with Bfast , and they provided us frozen ones , just same sandwich everyday and same Japanese bento box . so wastage of money if you expect a nic hot bfast .

Great location, with restaurants and food stores a few steps away, well appointed rooms (I especially liked having a washer/dryer machine in my room). As everything else in Japan, it was super clean. Easy check in and out.

Located very near the centre of Tokyo, and just a few steps from Yotsuya station, which offers easy access to the most important metro locations. The hotel itself is very easy to spot. Clean rooms with many amenities, and everything was working properly. Very near plenty of 24h markets. Nice and helpful staff.

They only offer towel service, no room clean up. I'm not sure there's paid service for that though. Staff was very nice but the English could be sharper, took a while to communicate simple things. Lack of Type C outlet adaptors for European travellers like myself.

We chose this location because it was our former neighbourhood when we were living in Tokyo

Breakfast in a box to order ahead of time, buying coffee and cakes at the combini next door was easier.

Good location, near to metro & rail station, could walk to Shinjuku if you wanted. Staff polite & courteous. 24 HR shop next door.

Just what I hope for in a mid-range hotel. Clean, helpful, decent facilities, great location 4 mins from Yotsuya Station.

Nothing, really. A breakfast option would have been nice, but it was next door to a Family Mart, so not a problem!
