The best location in Shinjuku

There is only one elevator, so sometimes you have to wait for a long time.

Strong wifi and fairly comfortable room despite being small.

A little far from Shinjuku, was about a 15 min walk. Bed was too soft, wish it was more firm.

Great location and hotel staff were very helpful, even calling an event to help us with dress code.

Room did get quite hot as the Aircon cannot be on whilst the lights are all off.

Air-conditioner stopped working. The breakfast was a very poor offering and not enough staff to support

I liked the cleanliness of the room and how comfortable it was.

That there are 3 APA hotels in the one street.

- Air fresher didn’t really get rid of the smoking smell

Location is very convient to the Shinjuku and Shibuya areas. These are the main nightlife areas for foreigners, locals, young people and the gay community. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The room is quite small which is why the price is competitive. The restaurant looked very good though I did not eat there myself. Staff spoke sufficient English

The laundry facility is only one washer and one dryer, this wasn't a problem for me as I was not there during a very busy period and was jetlagged and up late at night but I see how it could be annoying at busier times.

The location is excellent. You can connect with several lines of Tokyo metro. It's really convenient. Only 1 station to center of Shinjuku or you also can reach Shinjuku by walking only 10 minutes. Only 3 minutes from Higashi-Shinjuku station. The Staff's also really helpful and kind! They helped me solve the problems and also helped to call a taxi when i'm back the airport. Appreciated for that!

The space of room is quite small than I thought. If you come with family , it's quite small but still acceptable. The bed is too soft , the older may not like this. And there is some dust on the wall of room but not that problems.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Rooms are small but that is consistent across rooms we’ve stayed in across Japan.

No lobby wifi made it difficult to communicate and check in. Extra fee to check in early is frustrating.

It was really clean. Got a voucher to check out later. Staff is very friendly and reception could speak english well enough :)

You can hear ambulance/police at night.

Great value. Everything you need.

No complaints at all. Just an FYI re location the nearest train is Higashi Shinjuku stop, not Shinjuku, but it’s only a 15 minute walk from Shinjuku anyway.
