The location, accessibility to the train lines and food eateries, restaurants is superb. Staff are friendly and helpful- the hotel was sufficient for a no frills city stay, clean though the room is bit small but that is expected for Tokyo.

My daughter was bitten by bed bugs all over her neck and and feet at areas her skin was expose while sleeping.

used to have dispenser drinks for free and goodies for kids at the lobby, and thats why we came back. No more free drinks and coffee or icy treats during summer anymore.

The location is good, plenty restaurants around, near the underground train station and the staff’s are friendly and helpful.

The room they gave us is very tight and small!!!The room is a bit expensive for the size of it. Because the last time we were there in 2019 they gave us a big room.

It was a perfect stay for a family of 5. Stayed with my husband and three children (9, 7, and 5). Layout of room works well. Very quiet and lots of restaurants near by.

The rooms were slightly run down with stains on carpet. Bedding and bathrooms were very clean.

Wifi in the room was weak to non existent. room service not consistent: some days no water bottles, other days no green tea bags. No bath tub and utensils need to be rented, which defeat the purpose of a residential apt.

Our second time here. First time with our son. We love it here. The location, the staffs, the facility, the room, the balcony, the service was all great. Hope to stay here again next time we come to Tokyo! Thank you.

I love every bits of the hotel, I booked for 5 of us(2 adults, 1 elder, 1 toddler and 1 6 years old) for a room, and the room is more spacious than what I had expected. They got a kitchen sink, washing machine. I took the option without the housekeeping but because I stayed more than 5 days, they gave me a free housekeeping in between. They also offered me to store my luggage for a night which I didn't stay with them as I was doing a excursion from Tokyo. Highly recommended. Lively place to live in. They provided us sufficient towel. Would book again in the future.
