Petit déjeuner catastrophique: café imbuvable, pas de pain, pas de lait, …
On nous a fait payer un supplément pour le transfert depuis l’aéroport alors que c’est le chauffeur qui n’a pas été fichu de se présenter à nous et que nous avons attendu 2heures devant l’aéroport !!! Inadmissible

Stain on the old carpet and seen bed bug on the pillow, we requested us to get transferred to different room which is easily got resolved the issue.
Seafood dinner is not as fresh as it looks in the menu.

The area is convenient.
First we upgraded and paid more but when we arrived the room was so small, the refrigerator didn't work and aircon take for a while before it get cold. Paid 500 pesos for early check-in because we arrived at noon and are not fun when you are in jetlag and tired for a long flight. The staff wont considered unless you pay the early check-in. I used to like this hotel, but this time , I considered coming back to stay for my remaining 10 days in Cebu. I will pay another place for the price.

the room was spacious each of us has their own bed with towel, 2 sink and 2 toilet. the hotel employees were kind.
the heater was not working properly as we cannot achieve our desired warmth for bathing, the shampoo was not delightful as well as their body soap and there were no hangers.

Room wasnt in new wing, hairdrayer wasnt in room I must to ask it in reception, for kid breakfest wasnt included in roomrate, must to pay deposit 500php - I cant find mybe it was somewhere whrite in booking

The location and the staff
The were charging for everything.. even to warm our own food they asked for 200 Pesos. As we are Expats we don’t eat everything so we got food of our choice and we were asked 200 pesos to heat the food which has never happened in so many countries we have visited .
The pillows were so old
the chairs had burn holes in it
the sofa had marks on them.
