Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would book again with confidence when I visit Jakarta. The breakfast was great and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing and it was very close to a shopping mall with many options for food.

The only complaint I have is the Wifi was not very good. The internet speeds were very slow and the signal dropped constantly. I tried to get some work done while I was there but it was impossible since my connection kept dropping and even when it stayed connected, the speeds were too slow to get anything done.

In het weekend erg druk met families. Geen probleem verder als alleen dat ouders moeten snappen dat de lobby geen speelplaats is.

We had an amazing time here. The pool is fantastic, the breakfast was amazing, pillows and mattress were very comfortable, the restaurant downstairs was lovely too. The spa massage was really nice, a bit pricey but normal for in house in the city. It had all the facilities we wanted. They even accommodated our early check in. The staff was super lovely, as always in Indonesia 🇮🇩 ❤️ It was a 5 min walk to the mall Kota Kasablanka. I'll definitely come here again next time. Thanks so much WCJ😊

This was my second visit to Jakarta and on both occasions, I stayed at Wyndham Casablanca. One of the reasons of choosing the hotel was the quality of the rooms which were spacious and absolutely clean. The staff were friendly as always and breakfast was good.

The traffic in the morning to reach the city center was a constant problem, but can't really blame the hotel for that. Some of the equipment at the gym were not powered on. It's a well equipped gym but it would have been better to see all the equipment powered on for usage.

The breakfast provided a good range of food, which was certainly appreciated by our family.

The bed was comfortable and the food in the was also very nice. I used the gym and the pool and they were both fine also some lighter weights would have been better for a colleague. The coffee was excellent as you would expect for Indonesia!

While the breakfast was generally good it was frustrating that dishes near the egg station were all cold (baked beans, mushrooms etc.).
