This time the facilities are very clean. Thanks to the cleaning crew! The in-villa mu-kata (หมูกะทะ) was very good and very convenient. ครั้งนี้แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดได้ดีมากๆคะ

Very peaceful and facilities are nice. We like the private pool where we can go swim with wonderful view.

Some of the room facilities were not functioning well like the drainage in the shower room. Last time there were termites coming out from the floor.

The hotel and facilities are clean and functional. Staff are very friendly. Quiet and peaceful stay.

We extended our stay for one more night, and as you guessed it, the room rate was very high for that one night. Wish we could get the same room rate.

the resort was gorgeous, and so well maintained! delicious breakfast and buggy service to the thai restaurant at the other hotel worked well!

our room wasn’t made up in the morning which was a bit of a shame, sort of expect it in a place like that!

Really great resort, friendly staff, breakfast buffet has plenty of tasty options, rooms (villas) spacious with wonderful view when you wake up in the morning, soap and handwash of superior quality. Great activities outside of the resort (hiking, night safari, etc.), but also in the resort (outdoors movie by night, pickleball game, golf, etc.).

Overall, very nice stay, here are minor negative comment: - Low hot water presure - Swimming pool water temperature is cold - For some unexplained reasons, you cannot have breakfast by the pool wearing the hotel bath robe. - Need to pay extra for some activities in the resort (movie, booking court) - I didn't check before, the resort management is not to blame.
