Great location
Heater didn’t feel very warm, internet didn’t work

We were given a cabin with great room and a small porch out the front. Cabin was located at the back of the property so we had privacy. The motel was a good distance from town.
The single beds were bumpy and the mattress was uncomfortable. Blankets and pillows were too thin. The floor rug and couch was wet. The kids playground is not what I expected. It’s a few scrap metal pieces from a backyard swing set.

All was quite good. We didn't actually meet the staff, but they seemed friendly and helpful enough with all the emails they sent us. The room was comfortable and had everything you needed.

Just bed was slightly uncomfortable for my back other wise all is perfect

Beautifully placed. Loved hearing the birds. Beds were very well made, nice and tight sheets.
I had to fill the kettle with the shower, it didn't fit in the sink. Kinda loud lock on the extra bedroom, which woke almost everyone up at night.

I stayed in a cabin with my dog I fell down the stairs and cracked my rib because there was no lighting out the front. My dog slipped and couldn't get up in the lounge room the floor is slippery.

Clean room, well presented. Good parking. Good amenities. Good place to stay over for a couple of days. Have stayed there before and will stay there again.
Apart from cold weather in Ballarat, expected for that time of year and a couple of noisy neighbors who didn't control their kids it was a good stay.

The place itself was ok and not too hard to get too
The room had not been clean and spoke to the cleaner who was lovely. The cleaner came straight away to clean the room . Amazing cleaner, polite and thoughtful.

we stayed in the mobility/disability room and it had everything we needed and more. going on holiday here was a holiday for me and not a chore having to take everything with us.

Could have our dog with us, plenty of car parking space ( large car ). Clean room, bed comfortable.
Traffic noisy being near busy road. Hot water for shower only just barely hot enough.

I didn’t like the fact that it was used for emergency accommodation. seriously if I’m paying top dollar to stay somewhere it should be a whole lot better than this.
