Cleaning of rooms is excellent , highly recommended hotel . Housekeeping staff Sagar very good guy , he did perfect cleaning in my room . And also many thanks to Manager Mr. Fahim & Lalit for thier exceptional care and help during my stay .

Good location and housekeeping from Viswaraj. The room was tidy, situated on the twelfth floor. Staff generally understood my requirements and were eventually able to help, although on many occasions the response times were far too delayed.

Food. I would never recommend ordering food from the main kitchen as the food was bland and distasteful. I ordered a mixed grill. The food firstly took almost an hour to be prepared and once it was received, I had to complain to the receptionist advising her that the food was not up to standard and that an alternative was required. With much back and forth the hotel team finally agreed to accept a revised order. The revised order was again not up to standard but given I had waited almost 2 hours for food, I decided to eat the food as is. The hotel management, were not able to understand the importance of my time and pressured me into paying the monetary difference for the second order.

One of the elevators was out of service, it was not fixed during our trip that put pressure on the other two once, so we had to wait longer to get to our room,

I had a wonderful experience and will stay again.Staff are very polite, especially Mohammad at reception.

حرفيا فندق سيء قديم جدا ، ما اعرف ليه مايهتمون فيه و يرممونه! الاثاث قديم جدا و الغرفه ضيقة و السرير غير مريح المخده كثير عاليه و قاسيه و ازعاج من الغرفه المجاوره هذا وبينا جدار مو باب ! ، الحمام قديم و القزاز فيه أملاح و الحديد صدا و رائحة سيئة ، ستارة الغرفه قديمه جدا جدا لدرجة متقطعه الشمس يطلع منها !! اتصل كم مره على الروم سيرفس ترد الموظفه بس ماتوصلني للمطبخ ولا المطبخ يرجع يتصل فيني ! خسارة الموقع و خسارة الفلوس فيه ما انصح احد ينزل فيه و الاسواء الي ياخذ الشنط موظف طويل ، مستفز و طيّح شنطتي من الأعلى وفيها اغراض قابله للكسر رفض قبل يعطينا الشنط إلا بالتاق وهوا عارف شكل الشنط ، و رفض يخلي الشنط عنده لين الرحله قال ندفع 50 ! كنت اتمنى اخد اسمه و اشتكيه 👌🏻اول مره اتعامل بهدا السوء للأسف ولو في تقييم صفر اعطيهم 🤚🏻

Missing items from the room, TV remote not functioning. Unclear checkin experience and the requirement for deposit when there is no mini bar, 40mins to deliver a dental kit, noisy neighbours. Chef messed up my order and wanted me to take it even though I had repeated to not have the eggs flipped

I really liked the location - we stayed here at the latter part of our trip. I did this deliberately so that we would be closer to the Burj Khalifah, Dubai Mall and the airport. It worked perfectly we were in walking distance of the Dubai Mall and it only took us 15 mins to get to the airport. Our room was adequate for what we needed - comfortable bed to sleep on comfortable pillows, clean room, clean bathroom. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was good nothing extraordinary but definitely did the job well. The best thing about this hotel is definitely its location.

The pool was out of use which we were aware of before we booked and the hotel did have alternative arrangements in place for its guests. The hotel is a very tall building so the only downfall was the wait time for the lifts out of three one was out of use so it increased the wait time even more. But during quite times like the night we didn't need to wait long.

Very Good hospitality

Hotel to cascade the prompt updates to all 3rd party agents. Because hotel's swimming pool was under maintenance, through booking.com this Information doesn't appeared. Families especially with kids more interested for swimming pool access to enjoy at hotel permises itself.

The hotel is relatively well located in Business Bay (c. 15' walk from the Dubai Mall). The room was relatively spacious athough significantly smaller than the previous one I had.

Unlike last time, I had a room with a view on the highway... Despite being quite high, I could hear the cars all night. If you are not a deep sleeper, forget about this side of the hotel. The wifi did not work very well this time. Getting my laundry was a bit of a drama and it took 4 days to finally be told that it needs to be paid separately (who does that???). The pillows were rock hard and the light of the wifi box was flashing all night, preventing me from sleeping.

Very very helpful front desk team Would like to commend Guest Relation Manager Mr shetty exceptional assistance with our booking. Will definitely recommend him to people quick solutions for everything
