Great facilities in good location

Pillows they were rubbish. Building very tired. Pool needs railing to get in. Steps very steep and bed very high and we are both 6foot tall

great staff. looked after when we had visitor crash through the ceiling. no one expects a 3 meter python to join them 🥺

Too far from the beach front

The reception and cleaning staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. The private pool was well maintained and a highlight. The outdoor sitting/kitchen area by the pool was very pleasant with well needed and appreciated overhead fans. Good shower, air con and bed though a bit high to get up and down from (and we are fairly tall).

The inclusive breakfast served in our villa was average with little change/choice. The juice was bottled, the pastry one croissant and the toast was tasteless cardboard. We stayed in another villa elsewhere in Bali before coming here and had excellent breakfasts with beautiful bread/toast, fresh juices and pastries and plenty of choice - also served in our villa. The accommodation was a bit tired. The pillows were old, lumpy and mouldy. The staff did a great job with what they had to work with and really helped to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The location also wasn’t ideal - down a long alley which flooded when it rained and an otherwise hot long walk to everything. Reception happy to get a taxi for you.

the only thing is the villa had a road at the back that had barking dogs throughout the night and motor bikes.

Friendly staff to greet us on arrival at 10.30pm. Showed us round villa and organised breakfast menu.

We loved the whole experience.

Absolutely lovely people, nothing is a problem, value for money is amazing, loved the turtles in our pond, loved the fish in the surrounding pond, ordered take away & hosts were more than helpful with everything

very good for value for money, exceptionally good, maybe just the shower needed to be consistent (water pressure & warm) but honestly it was great if thats all i have to grizzle at : )

Check in was fast and well organised the villa was ready and clean.

Having stayed here before the breakfast this time was not good. The last stay the breakfast was cooked in the villa this time it was brought to the villa and was not good at all. choice was very limited and the eggs were not cooked so had to be sent back.
