good food: every day lots of options to choose from, sand beach, small but nice territory! Room with one big bed was nice and spacious but with 2 small beds is tiny.

very long check in, not very clean reception building, service is 3 out of 5.

First of all I want to mention that somewhat a week ago before our arrival we were contacted from the hotel about the transfer. Sorry if I confused something, the name of the guy who contacted us was Servet (guy at the reception desc). He has a decent English (and speaks Russian pretty good as well) and was very helpful regarding all the info we needed. Eventually he organized two-way transfer for us for a reasonable price, which I’m grateful for. Everything was great during our stay here. Vine and fruits awaited us in the room shortly after arrival, which is a nice small touch we appreciated a lot. The personal was friendly, the food was tasty and you can find where to eat pretty much at any hour of the day, no need to worry about missing certain hours. The beach area is amazing and you can freely walk across entirety of the shoreline with beautiful landscapes to see. There are cool playgrounds for children as well as extensive entertaining program with dancers and such making show on the podium. 9/10 from me, would definitely recommend!

Level of English among some personal members which have to communicate with visitors on a regular bases could be improved, but in the end we always came to understanding. The only real negative point I could think of is that swimming pools aren’t heated at all and thus very cold compared to the sea. It isn’t a problem if you visit during the summer I assume, but if you’re going to stay here in Oct just keep in mind.

I like the hotel their animation team and good location near the sandy beach. You find everything in this hotel

I did not like the staff which never speaks english even the front staff do not know english..and also not much choice for buffet as you can find some other resorts here in antalya.

We had a great stay. Wonderful place, good breakfast/dinner. Nice swimming pools and area for kids to play and swim. Next to the beach. Kids shows and shows for adults. Good entertainment.

The check in process was not so good and took too long. But this is only in my case I believe and was not so for other guests. Later it was resolved very professionally. Thank you.
