The hotel parking was very convenient. Beautiful marble floors and stairs. Clean and cool on entering. The room was spacious.

The room finishings were not of a quality that compares to the marble floors downstairs.

Close to everything. The breakfast was nice. Helpful staff. Free parking. Well-designed and clean. They had an agreement with a nice restaurant. The cleaning was daily and decent.

The hotel is located just a short walk away from the beach and many local restaurants and shops, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. One of the things that sets this hotel apart is the fantastic service provided by staffs, special thank you to Mr. Anas. The room is clean, with a balcony overlooking the ocean, and bed is comfortable.

One of those cozy hotels that succeedes expectations and becomes a second home. From location to a fantastic roof terrace, amazing hospitality by owner this short stay in Side is something we won't forget and we will come again. We had an amazing stay, we felt very well looked after and the breakfast was fantastic!

The hotel is located just in two steps from Side archeological site and in about 100 meters from the the beach and promenade. We lived there from august 31 to September 4, 2022 and had a double room with a sea view and also a view to ancient theatre of Side. The hotel is comfortable, designed with good taste and smart. We arrived late at night and the owner was waiting for us in order to pass the keys on to us and explain the main issues. There was a small parking at the opposite side of the street free of charge. Chaiselongs and umbrellas on the beach are free of charge for the guests of the hotel. The breakfast is not with big veriety of dishes, but I think it's OK for this price. The wifi was good in the hotel and on the beach (there it is separate, you should ask the guys on the beach for the password).

On week-ends there are popular disсoteques at the harbour area not far from the hotel. And these days it's almost impossible to sleep because of the loud music, which goes on non stop till 2 or 3 o'clock at night.

Excellent hotel, very clean and well organised. Family run(I think). Aircon works well, shampoo and other toiletries are provided. Breakfast was good, I wouldn’t mind a bit of bacon, but this is my personal preference. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the beach and you have access to free sun loungers from Lime Beach Club, which was a bonus, normally you would have to pay 5EUR. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around (some has live music as well).

The owner of the hotel is amazing, he is very helpful no matter what questions/ problems you have. This made my stay very enjoyable. The rest of the staff is also very kind and they have amazing breakfast on the terasse with a great view to the beach.

The owner, Ibrahim, is very polite, kindly and friendly! Very friendly staff, good location, delicious Turkish breakfast with a nice view from the hotel's terrace :) The hotel is located not far from a beach, it takes only 5-7 minutes. And it's about 10-15 minutes to historical part of the city. Especially I'd like to say thank you for the early last breakfast before departure 😊

the location is terrible, actually you don't have access to any beach , just you can watch the beach from your room. their staff need training , the breakfast was awful .

The hotel looks exactly like on the pictures: rooms are clean, renovated and neat. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Fresh towels and room cleaning daily. Amazing Turkish breakfast on a terrace that overviews the sea. I got in touch with the owner, Ibrahim, and asked for a pickup from the airport. Location is very central, close to Antik Side. The beach is 200 m away, but I would recommend to walk to another one, on the other side of Antik Side, water is pristine clear there.
