Aqua park Swimming pools in general Animation activities

Rooms were bad, bad, bad (almost represent a 3 star hotel). I changed around 4 rooms and in every room there was a different issue: Weak AC, Dirty rooms, Bad Smell, telephone not working, Bidet seats, etc… Room service was very bad - asking for a bottle of water will take them hours to serve. They also have no issue knocking your door at 4:00 am and even opening your door in the morning at 9:00 am for cleaning if you don’t respond after the first knock. Besides that, the staff has bad attitude and if you don’t give them tips, they start talking about you in Turkish. Apart from the rooms, let me tell you my bad checkin experience. I did a late checkin at 11:00 pm after an advanced notice. When i reached the hotel, they said my room is not available and they gave me another one that was not cleaned - the floor was very dirty and i found used bottles in the fridge. After complaining, they said we only have this room available and we can do nothing to you 😆. I escalated the case for an hour till i was able to get another room which was OK. During my complaint i was chatting with the reception employee about the rooms and believe it or not, this is what he told me “we are not a 5 star hotel and this is the quality of our rooms and the pictures on booking.com are not accurate” 😆 In the next day in the morning, they had to change my room back to a deluxe room which was the original type that i ordered, but guess what? Again the room had a very bad humidity smell. So i asked for a room change and they kept me for 2 hours saying the same thing, we don’t have capacity and we can’t do anything to you, until finally they moved me to another room which i accepted because i felt desperate…

Aqua Park und Restaurant sowie Strand sind sehr gut. Abendshow war schön.

Betten verteilung war nicht wie beschrieben. Stadt 2 Einselbetten haben wir Sofabett bekommen. Französischesbett war das Fuss gebrochen. Wasserhahn hat nicht funktioniert entweder warm oder kaltes wasser, Zimmer brauchen Grundrenuwierung. Fr. Fatma Manager in Reception sehr unfreundlich und bat keine Hilfe an.

Из всего что было в отеле только территория спасла отдых. Многочисленные горки детские площадки.

Сервиса в целом можно сказать нету никакого. Самое первое впечатление было ужасным. Персонал на ресепшене грубоватый, и всем видом показывает что отель полный и от твоего присутствия нам не жарко не холодно, что то не нравится ваши проблемы. Номер абсолютно не уютный приходили уже вечером помыться и ночью поспать в остальном не отдохнешь в номере. Нету зубной щетки, пасты и бритвы, нету халатов, мини бар скудный. Звонили принести нам горшок детский, щетки И так далее просто сбрасывают телефон. Горшок принесли после третьей попытки. Зубных щеток в отеле нету звонили каждый день в итоге просто бросали телефон. В целом мы понимали, что отель загруженный наверно это причина. Но персонал в отеле забыл про гостеприимство про улыбки и то что они создают всю атмосферу а не горки и море. Вернулась бы я в этот отель наверно нет. Но в отель из этой серии попробовала бы, там на территории еще два отеля. Это первая поездка в отель где я услышала такое количество слово «нет» . И больше в принципе не обращалась.

Ruim, gezellig en sfeervol opgezet. Wij waren in de meivakantie, genoeg plek bij het zembad en op het strand. Gezellige barretjes en ruime kamer

We hadden om een extra bed gevraagd voor onze dochter, na 3 boekjes aan receptie kwam die eindelijk om elf uur 's avonds. Het engels/ communicatie bij de receptie viel erg tegen (uitchecken, hotelkamer deur die niet opslot ging, kwam allemaal moeizaam over)
