Very good location, close to beach, shops and restaurants, nice friendly staff

The staff was excellent, the location was very accessible, everything was easy and efficient

good sized and seemingly newly renovated rooms, friendly host, standard breakfast, walking distance to some of the touristy shops and restaurants (everything extremely overpriced). Hotel is located at one end of Side and not directly in the touristy hotspot, which served us well, as we only wanted to stay 1 night and then continue driving (this saved us a few minutes and km)

Hotel seemed surprised by guests, maybe because it still wasn't high season. Half of the place looked like still under construction/renovation or just getting ready. We couldn't connect to the Hotel wifi, only the one from the bar/restaurant downstairs worked but didn't reach one of our rooms.

Bit far from Old Side

Location about 700m from the beach. Decent breakfast. Good staff in the restaurant and for cleaning, even if they don't speak English.

Ground floor room did not have enough light from window. The manager was very disorganized and talked too much. There was no soap/shampoo in the toilet. They did not provide coffee/tea/kettle in the room. The hotel is far from Side Ancient City. If you have a car, this place is ok, otherwise moving around can be a pain.

The staff was very supportive and friendly with my family . Also breakfast was excellent

the apartment has only one WC which was not enough for five persons and the van was not working

The room is just about the only nice thing about this hotel.

I requested late check in from 1-2am which got accepted as my flight was late at night, so I expected somebody to be waiting to check me in. I arrived at 2am and nobody was here, was all dark and locked up, I was waiting outside by the pool bar for 5 hours until a member of staff turned up and I got checked in. It wasted a whole night of my stay which costed money, I’m not happy because I could have just booked it a day later if I knew this was going to happen.

- The owner Mustafa and all the staff are what makes you love this place. He is very friendly, not in an annoying way, but exactly at the level of making it fun and convenient. - Value for the money is great. It's not a front-line 5-star all-inclusive hotel, but it's priced perfectly. If you want a calm rest close to the sea, but without all these annoying "animators", crowds and loud music - this is the great place. - Food is delicious and although it's not a la-buffet breakfast, you don't get bored by it, because they try to change the details of it, although keeping the basis. - The beach is close, the bazaar is close, they have a swimming pool for kids - everything is great. - Blackout curtains help you to keep cool and make your little ones to sleep better.

- The air conditioner is very aggressive, which leaves you with options to either embrace the risk of getting cold or not using it and open windows. And unfortunately, it's pretty loud outside, because cars and motorbikes are passing by, people are loudly talking and so on.

Modern facilities, good value for money, friendly owner

This recently renovated hotel made our short stop in Side a comfortable and sweet one! The rooms were spacious, the staff were warm, and the breakfast was wonderful.

The design of the shower stall meant that water might occasionally spray out into the rest of the bathroom. We found a few hairs on the bed frame.

The "patron" Mustafa did everything to make our stay comfortable and was available anytime to attend to our needs. Location is 6 minute walk from the sea and from the centre of Gundogdu. A nice boutique hotel Plenty of small buses serving the locality

The location is pretty quiet and not much going on with a few local restaurants,small bazaars and shops and could get boring unless hiring a car or busing to Side

We loved the staff in this hotel, Mustafa was incredibley helpful and friendly and went out of his way to help us in every way. He is a pleasure to be around. The food was great and the location was good. It was a much quieter part of Side, and is perfect if you want to get away from the all-inclusive busy resorts. It was a quiet and more cosy alternative with more character.

The bathroom was not the cleanest, especially the toilet. However the good things about this place were much better than this slight issue.

Really nice and quiet hotel. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Mustafa, the owner, is really kind and he went above and beyond to help us with all our requests. The staff were really accommodating and helpful. We loved our stay and definitely recommend this hotel and would love to visit again. The breakfast provided was really nice and we also had lunch there which was really delicious and fresh. Overall it was an amazing stay.
