Tout le personnel sans exception. C'est vraiment une équipe formidable. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente à l'aise.

Das Hotel ist klein und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt OK. Der Pool war sauber und kühl. Es ist ruhig hier. Das Essen in unseren 3 Tagen lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war immer freundlich.

Die Zimmer sind veraltet und mittelmäßig sauber. In 3 Tagen wurde nicht einmal der Balkon gesäubert. Überall liegt Müll, Plastik , das Personal kommt gar nicht hinterher. Es ist nicht gepflegt. Kein Fahrstuhl in den Gebäuden zu den Familienzimmern. Wenig Unterhaltung. Getränke nicht gut. Also ich würde es nicht empfehlen und keinesfalls erneut besuchen.

Kiva ja siisti hotellialue. Tyylikästä ja aika modernia. Mukavan suuri allasalue. Rauhallinen paikka. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa vaikka eivät juuri englantia puhuneetkaan.

Ruoka oli hivenen pettymys. Sitä oli kyllä riittävästi, ja aina oli jotain tarjolla, mutta suunnilleen samaa joka päivä. Ruoka ei myöskään ollut koskaan oikein kunnolla lämmintä. Jossain lukee että tämä olisi neljän tähden hotelli, mutta ehkä itse en ihan neljää tähteä antaisi.

Everything was a bit above the expectations. Could stay here again next time. Good price for such a good quality.

Very good family hotel! Here are the things that we found positive: - super spacious family room with two bedrooms - staff were great, very child friendly - visitors were mostly scandinavian and germans - only families, no young groups of partygoers - quiet at night - good selection of food, many fruit options - many snack times (ice cream, churros, hamburgers, hot dogs, waffles) - lots of chairs at the beach area - serving real Coca-Cola and Fanta - foam parties every wednesday, that was fun and everyone was excited about it, especially kids!

Some negative things: - most food was okay, many options but tasted average or bland - some plates and glasses were not the cleanest - pool area is packed with people every day, chairs are 10cm from each other, people reserving chairs early with towels is a thing - no lift in the family houses - entertainment was average (although we don’t care if it is there or not) - no animators (again, we never care really)

There is a manager Osman Badem that gave me excellent service and was extremely helpful. Shuttle service to beach was also good.

Firstly I would say 90% of staff speak no English or German. Found the receptionists extremely unhelpful and one in particular has a very bad attitude. No towels in room on arrival. Rooms need updating. Took hours to have the room serviced, eg left room at 8.30am and by 4pm when one wanted to have a lie down, that is when they came to basically mop the floor, straighten the sheets. No proper cleaning of bathroom. Did not remove cups etc from room. Bedding very hard and basic. Beach towels long past their 'use by date' ie. Extremely thin and small. Language barrier was a huge problem. If you asked for a fork, coffee, something to be fixed in room one was mostly given a blank look or "no speak English" Had it not been for Osman Badem I think I would have gone mad. He was extremely helpful and when asked for something he would arrange it a.s.a.p. Hope the hotel realises what a gem they have in him. Katip that served around the pool was also always very cheerful and gave very good service. Hotel management must do something about guests reserving pool loungers at night/crack of dawn. By 7.30am every lounger was reserved with no one in sight which was very annoying. I personally would not stay there again. Also "all inclusive" when it came to the drinks was of the poorest quality. Ordered sex on the beach once and we could not drink it. Only drank wine mixed with lemonade. I suppose it is what you are used to, but on both my previous stays the drinks and cocktails were great. Admittedly they were both 5 Star hotels. Our room was near the kitchen and a road which was very noisy. The kitchen staff were extremely noisy early mornings and late at night, like at midnight!! No respect for guests trying to sleep. In general the kids found it okay, but would I recommend it to anyone my answer would have to be no. The reviews I saw before booking and my personal experience were world's apart.

Very good restaurant, nice staff, good not very expensive SPA, nice and clean rooms, beautiful show programs

- the music in pool area all day long is too loud and a little annoying - was very surprised that not all the staff speaks English! The waiters sometimes didn't even understand something like "green tea or "water with lemon". Guys on the reception also were not good at English - once we had to wait for a beach transfer service for 40 minutes even if it should every 15 minutes

This is a small hotel in comparison to the huge neighboring ones but the size doesn’t really hinder it’s efficiency. Our 5 - night family stay was great. The rooms and garden surroundings were clean, food in the all inclusive provision was perfectly fine and the service was very good from the majority young staff - we could see how hard they worked, ready to take orders with eager smiles throughout the day.

There isn’t much entertainment/shopping around the hotel, you have to either take the dolmus or walk 10 mins or so for some prominent shopping areas. It’s a mainly German/Russian speaking hotel so sometimes it was hard to explain something in English! The nightly entertainment was a bit hit and miss too. Also the hotel doesn’t have irons to use in the rooms which I found a little strange. The laundry service will provide ironing with additional charges though.
