I visited Enna to see the famous Easter parade. The parade started from the church just next door and you can see the parade on the street just outside of the hotel. Really convenient and comfortable. As the room is located upstairs so it's quiet and you will not be bothered by the noise.

Our room was on the 4th floor without an elevator but thank goodness there was a small lift to take up the luggage!

when we booked breakfast was included but when we arrived they told us that breakfast was no longer available.

Location is perfect. Host was super nice. He helped us with parking and restaurant reccommendation. He gaves us Enna map and showed best spots. Room was spacy and comfy

I could not pay by card and at the moment of the check-in I had to go and look for an atm to get some cash. I booked the "suite", you get a big room but does not look extremely good. The bed is not super comfortable, some windows don't have good curtains and you have a lot of light in the room from 5-6am. Fornitures are really basic and approximately assembled, a supporting wooden panel of the toilet's door fell on me while I was entering the bathroom in the morning making a big noise. They call themselves as B&b but they do not provide any kind of breakfast. No water or instant coffee/tea bags are available for the guests in the room. The city is cheap, they charge too much for the average prices in town vs the service they offer, not exactly a good value for money.

Stayed in Lilla suite. Great view on the terrace. Homemade breakfast was very nice. Teresa speaks enough English for you to get by, but if you learn a little Italian it's even smoother. Be careful for the step in the bathroom. No A/C in the anteroom. This is basically a two bedroom apartment, though. Huge with high ceilings.

We had a voucher for breakfast in cafe rome, they didn’t know English and didn’t try to help us at all, all the breakfast was cookie and coffee, not more…

Guests should be told before booking that rooms are on a fourth floor walk up. Nobody was there, we had to call and wait for host to arrive. Internet wasn't working. Host said this was not his problem, but later managed to talk to provider and set it right. Pictures and comments of awesome breakfast are still on the website, even though it is currently not served because of Covid restrictions. Instead we got a croissant and a coffee at the neighboring bar. Again, we should have been told before booking. Trash from earlier guests had not been cleared away.

Amazing hosts! We Got a free upgrade when arriving because the bigger room was just available. You should definitely go to their new restaurant, the food was fantastic but the view in this garden was breathtaking! It was the highlight of Enna!

The business is run by a family and they are paying attention to each and every detail that makes the staying really great. Perfect communication from the moment of late check-in (they offered to meet & greet and accompany us to their hotel) and awesome services (great breakfast and they shared their own garage with us).

There isn't much to mention about the negative side of the experience because everything was really great. If I am to point fingers at something, the lack of an elevator makes accesibility a bummer for person that have difficulties in climbing stairs.

It's up several flights of steep stairs. But there is a lift/pulley for the suitcases. Parking in a local hotel garage is very tricky, and when we collected the car the next morning, there was a long scratch on the side. It was quite windy, and the shutter rattled noisily during the night.
