Acomodações confortáveis, limpeza todos os dias de manhã e pessoas simpáticas a disposição para nos atender.
O local é seguro e do meu ponto de vista está muito bem localizado, estando há cerca de 5 minutos do início da Rua Caracoles, a partir da praça (onde as vans deixam os passageiros depois dos passeios).
Andando um pouco temos acesso à padaria, mercado, agência de turismo e lojas de souvenir.
Por fim, vale dizer que é muito barato, sendo um excelente custo benefício pra quem quer evitar hostels ou camping.
Se eu voltar a cidade na mesma época do ano, com certeza ficarei ali novamente.
O banho foi inconveniente. No meu banheiro não havia box, apenas uma cortina separava o chuveiro do resto do banheiro.
Enquanto toma banho, a cortina irá se fixar em você e pode incomodar.
Ao terminar o banho, espere por um chão molhado, apesar da cortina.
Além disso, a regularem da água quente no chuveiro é sensível e demorada. Você inicia o banho com água fria e de repente você se escalda haha!
Tirem um tempo pra verificar a água antes do banho, pois se não houver água quente, basta ir na recepção que eles ligam o aquecedor.
Agora o mais importante, eu estive lá enquanto o clima estava ameno, portanto dormi bem durante a noite e pude ficar na acomodação durante o dia. Então saibam que o quarto não POSSUI ar condicionado ou aquecedor. Se forem no inverno, terão a disposição vários cobertores mas se forem no verão, não há nada a ser feito.
Não recomendo, pelo menos o meu quarto no verão.
Por fim, saibam que a iluminação do quarto pode ser um problema, ainda mais se for uma pessoa alta e o WI-FI não conecta muito bem nos quartos.
Recomendo um chip local.

Staff was very friendly, the location has a nice courtyard. fully equipped kitchen, rooms are quite big and very clean.
the shower did not provide warm water, only irregularly and for very short time periods - that was quite uncomfortable since it gets pretty cold in the desert at night.

The atmosphere and look and feel of the hostel is really authentic. Not to much in the touristic centre of San Pedro, a nice 10 min walk will take you there. The kitchen is well equipped and the staff really kind.

it’s not far from Carricoles / central market. although one needs to be prepared to walk in hot sun in the afternoon if stepping out
Our room was by the road on ground floor and wasn’t good if one is a light sleeper. This place is a hostel and it might be ok for it. we had booked room with private bath and I expected it to be better than what it was. It was very ordinary considering the money we paid

The staff was very helpful, right from the beginning of my stay. I did not know the best way to pay (in order to minimize fees and taxes), but they patiently waited, told us we could the on the second or third day of the stay.
The rooms were well cleaned every day, and the bed was very comfortable.
Good wifi connection.
Sometimes the shower would not turn on, or there would be no hot water. You cannot take too long to bathe here.
You may not find the staff at any time, sometimes there won't be anyone one to help you. But that is what make it cheap to stay in this place, I believe.
There could be a blackout in the room to make it darker at night.

Everything was clean.
One of the receptionist was playing music extremely loud early in the morning and I heard a lot of profanity coming from their back office, especially directed at women. The kettle wasn’t working, and the hot water in one the bathroom didn’t work either. Finally my husband’s AirPods are missing, they were on the nightstand, he realized that he didn’t have them when we got home (the location shows that are in San Pedro at the hostal address the last time) weird and not even an apology. I won’t recommend it.

The courtyard was lovely to sit and relax in. The rooms were cleaned daily and the kitchen space was great.
We felt very safe during our stay.
No mirrors in the bedrooms which would have helped with getting ready. Wifi cut out towards the end of our stay and was replaced with very poor signal.

Nice location with a 5 minute walk to the main street in San Pedro de Atacama. Bikes can be rented at the location which allows for flexible departure to e.g. Valle de la luna. Laundry can be done within one day which was great!
Rooms are cleaned every day and nice outside areas allow for some lazy minutes as well.
Late check-in was also highly appreciated!
Showers sometimes were a little hard to handle as temperatures switched but mostly ok :)

It has a nice location and the yard of the hostel is very cosy.
The water of the shower was a bit weak and didn't have always warm water.

Accommodation is very clean. Especially, the bed was very clean so I could sleep comfortably. The hostess was very friendly and kind to the travelers. There was no inconvenience in using the shared kitchen. And because the bus terminal is two minutes away on foot, it was convenient to use the bus.
The hostel was located a little outside of the central Atacama, but most of the areas were within 10 minutes' walk, so it wasn't too inconvenient.
