Buffet Spread could have been better

Nothing special.

Hygiene was bad. We found wood bugs in bed. Room wasn’t the cleanest. I am allergic to dust and I had allergy everyday of my stay everytime I entered the room and got in bed. Service was slow, delayed and many times wrong. The AC made loud sounds, I called technician twice and the problem still remained. On the last day of stay, the AC did not work well at night, woke up in sweat. Needed to call them many times before they answered.

Ambience and food was good. 1 BHK Room have enough space and well planned.

Not meant for Indian families. All toilets have tissues instead of water spouts. Play area was pathetic, no games to play and it is in open area.

Nicely maintained, staff is great.

Called the property a week before for room decoration however it was not ready it just spoiled my surprise

There were switchboards that were not fixed and were loose..the room should have gone through a thorough check before alloting the room to the guests, disappointed here

Right from the checkin process, house keeping, attention to detail in the way the room is maintained.

Had to wait for a seating at the restaurant. But, that's because we didn't bother to reserve a table.
