breakfast buffet could have more choices

The hotel was excellent and Abhay made our stay exceptional.

while I was sleeping someone entered my room at 12 midnight. Next morning when in complained the staff at front desk told me that by mistake they gave the room key to some other person. I was feeling unsafe staying in this hotel.

Staff is very courteous

Location. Too many mosquitoes since they are very close to a dumping ground/river. Check in was quick. Room refrigerator wasn’t working even after complaining no one attended to it. Mini bar was not refilled. Indian restaurant we were served cold food. Bathroom next to the restaurant on 2nd floor was smelling. Too many mosquitoes couldn’t enjoy the pool side and open air bar. Overall I wouldn’t go back

too many mosquitoes. swimming pool in the evening was practically ambushed by mosquitoes. may b a mosquito net be put up on the open area. the drain beside is a hotbed of mosquito breeding.

slightly inflexible during breakfast buffet. I asked for a simple ham sandwich but was told it was not on offer. I found that strange at a premium 5 star property

bathroom gets flooded with water and doesn’t drain, keeps the floor wet always
