The interior of the Hotel was immaculate. The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful.

We are an old retired couple. Spending 23k for 3 nights was a bit too much. But then this was known at the time of booking. If breakfast was included in the price, it would have been great.

Very poor facilities and not managed well. Dirty and a lot of things were chipped or broken

Staff was very nice and friendly and the spread for breakfast was decent too. The facilities are clean and the executive room was very spacious and roomy!

The bathroom door kept letting water out when you shower and so you come out to a wet bathroom each time. It shocked me to see that there was no place to hang the hand towel near the sink/wash basin. The furniture felt a bit dated and though by no stretch a deal breaker, but if you put an electric kettle, cups, tea and coffee, it would make sense to have a stirrer and utensil to place the stirrer on after use. This affects the hotel more than the guest, but the position of the electric kettle is right infront of the TV. I used it once and realized that there was steam all over the TV, which I am sure is not great for the TV's longevity. The room indicated that there is ironing facilities but there was no Iron and I had to call for one. The safe deposit box did not work as I could not get it to lock with the instructions provided and even after calling thrice at the reception, no one came. At breakfast, they were kind enough to offer to get my omlette order directly to the table, however after a 10-15 min wait, when I checked, they had forgotten about my order - of course this could be a one off, so not that this is a big deal, but small details can make all the difference.

Location was near to the train station. The room was comfortable and spacious.

There was no minibar in the room although it is a standard for such a room. It must have gone for repairs but I was told that the staff were not aware of it and missed informing me about it. Also there was no room service menu and the same had to be requested. These aspects were very disappointing

There is nothing to comment to like about the hotel.

朝食がおいしかった。 Taxi関連で対応してくれたTravel DeskのSantosh氏の対応に非常に助けられ、 客先訪問からホテルへの帰着がスムーズに行えた。

夕食時にメニューに記載あるにもかかわらず、対応していないと言われた。 また別で頼んだクラブサンドイッチがメニューに記載されている内容と全く違うなど対応の良くないスタッフがいた。 (後日別のスタッフに同じものを注文したところ、メニューの説明通りのクラブサンドイッチが提供された。)

Amazingly hospitable and courteous staff. Amazing food.

The Front Desk : Ms Saheba was of great assistance during check in and was very warm and hospitable. Overall - good experience.
