We visited the property several times in last couple of years and will visit again as we like the hospitality and food. This time we got a free room upgradation along with a cordial welcoming. I would like to mention Ruchita at the front desk in this regard, she was always very nice and helpful. This time she made us happier by providing the welcome drink and a nice departing gift. Room was very well decorated along with all the modern amenities, washroom was nice. The view from room was great as usual. The service was also very good. We became fan of their food at in-house restaurant 'The Square'. Each time the chefs pleased us with a lots of yummy and healthy foods. Overall, our stay was just awesome 😎

View from room was very nice. Food was very tasty and there's a good variety in buffet. Ambience was good. Receptionist Avanti was very polite,helpful and customer friendly.

In room dining was very slow. They did not provide any English movie channels after repetative requests for 3 days...we got totally boarded. Where in the modern world, everyone is using smart TV, so from a five star brand hotel we at least expect HD channels, if not, they should at least provide the requested channels to the customers.

Poor staff. Had to personally go to ask for food. No one bothered to answer the call at reception. The staff during the breakfast is pathetic. Poor management. Very bad service at the restaurant. Staff very unprofessional

•Easy and very much helpful checkin ( I don't remember the names of the receptionists , but they definitely need appreciation for the way they helped us checking in ) • beautiful rooms with really comfortable beds , exceptional cleanliness. Adequate facilities provided. •last but not the least , easy and fast checkout.

There's nothing to mention that we didn't like . Just that , if there's a room on an upper storey with a good view , the hotel shouldn't hesitate to allot .

I really liked how friendly and positive the staff were. At security we were always greated with a wonderful smile. Reception were always happy to respond and help with anything. At the restaurant (buffet) we frequently were served by Ganesh and Bajarang who would make sure we try local food, they took a very good care of us at breakfast and dinner. All the staff at the hotel were amazing. We were happy with our stay and if in Pune again, we would consider going to Novotel again.

The only thing I was a bit unhappy with was the smell in the room. It smelled of mould. The windows could not be opened and the venilation system wasn't enough to deal with the smell. Not sure if it was only our room or if it runs through the hotel in general.

The room furnitures do look polished or new. Looking at the lounge/ sofa table and other furnitures I was not sure if it is Novotel The Guest service turnaround could have been better
