Très bel hôtel avec chambre spacieuse et contemporaine

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfaitement situé au centre de Padoue au niveau de la vieille ville, des rues piétonnes. Petit hôtel, literie excellente, accueil tres agréable de la part de Virginie et Walter , petit déjeuner copieux. Ils nous conseillent au niveau des restaurants.

Tout était parfait, le personnel aux petits soins, le petit déjeuner, la chambre et surtout le spa privatisé très agréable après une bonne journée de marche !

El trato del personal

Las instalaciones y sobre todo el estado de la habitación era inaceptable si buscamos la correspondencia con los reviews descritos en Google y Booking. La higiene y la calidad no se corresponde a lo ofertado. Abandonamos el hotel en la primera noche a pesar de tener una reserva para 3 noches. El estado del baño y su higiene es simplemente deplorable. Un olor insoportable en la habitación y el baño termina por culminar la experiencia.

excellent location, very friendly taff

Absolute banger of a property in a very central location to the old town in Padova, the rooms are at least 4 stars plus their spa was really enjoyable and relaxing. The staff was very easy to talk to, very helpful and kind.

Wished we could have had a little more time in the spa but they switched the jacuzzi off 30 mins before actual closing stated in their terms. The 2 occupancy bedroom was comparably really small compared to the others 4+ ones. Getting to the property can be hard because of a lot of one way laws and driving through the old town.

Avrei preferito una porta e non il lavandino praticamente in camera . Per quanto bella l’idea di tenere due ambienti bagno separati
