This apartment is in a great location, right between the Piazza delle Frutte and the Piazza dei Signori. it is located off the street overlooking a private courtyard, thus, it is very quiet. The apartment is clean with very modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The couch and bed were both comfortable.

The apartment could use an additional chair in the living room and some wall decorations to give it slightly warmer appearance. Despite this, it is an excellent option in Padova.

A very detailed email was sent to us, describing how to enter the room.

Thw last morning, after a bad and itchy night, we woke up with clear bites of bed bugs. After careful check, we realized the mattress had stains, which seen to indicate that a the apartment has bed bug problem. This conplicated our return, as we had to take special care to wash and hot dry all our clothes, to avoid bringing this problem home. MyPlace owners showld definitely take this problem seriously.

The location was excellent to the city center, restaurants, shopping, and to several grocery stores and markets.

The apartment showed signs of heavy use and not in the greatest of shape for the price. The kitchen faucet was very loose, the bathroom light did not work, walls were dirty and in need of repair. When we arrived we had to call to get the password to the wifi as there were no notes in the apartment, and we sent a message about the conditions that needed repairs (lights and kitchen faucet) the next morning but didn’t get a response.

we have stayed here pre covid in room 3 and it was clean and fresh, fast forward a few years we were in room 5 place wasn’t cleaned to a good standard the room was very run down and needing to be painted as the walls are filthy

Excellent location with balcony

Room very small. Balcony not easily accessible due to windows right next to bed. No furniture on balcony. Over-mirror light in bathroom not working. No toilet roll holder. Chest of drawers filled with kitchen utensils and pans.

The wifi was slow, basically, there was no Internet. The keys were not in the agreed smart lock and the apartment was not cleaned when I arrived.

The toilet before arrive wasn't clean enough. Very uncomfortable bed in living room which was extremely crooked.

Fantastic central location in amongst the hubbub of Piazza dei Signori and Piazza della Frutta where the bustling daytime markets turn into the gentle buzz of evening and nighttime aperitivo and bars. Everything you could need at your doorstep. Small, compact room, but with a comfortable big bed and a little balcony looking out to Piazza dei Signori.

Buzz of the markets and bars didn't bother us (in fact we liked it), but beware the loud church bells in the morning!

Amazing location and very clean space.

The arrival instructions didn’t completely match up with what was actually required to enter the apartment. I spent a confused, stressed-out hour trying to get in when I arrived.

Very accommodating apartment, only a 2 min walk to the city centre, clean and well-equiped. Even thought it's so close to the city centre, the area was very peaceful and beautiful. The staff answered very quickly any questions we had via email, which was very helpful while organising ourselves prior to the trip. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it, or even book it again for a future stay!!

Getting the key took a some more time, as we thought, but it's still manageable.

- Boiling hot water from the shower and sinks, super easy to get burnt. Really, there should be signs on the kitchen and in the bathroom alarming about that. - Place requires at least some basic refresh. Broken toilet seat and hanger for toilet paper - Very, very uncomfortable super flat pillows - Apartment was full of mosquitos, simple fumigator could have helped a lot - Administrator contacted us via WhatsApp and requested city tax and documents to be sent within 1,5 hours. After they stopped replying the messages, e.g.no one answered if it’s possible to store the luggage somewhere - Just consider, that since it’s not a hotel, there’s no luggage storage - Our apartment was located on the 4th floor, just consider that it might not be too easy to take the narrow stairs with luggage. - We received detailed check-in instructions in advance, but as mentioned in other reviews, indeed it’s not that easy to understand how to get them.

Great place (although it's not directly on the square, it's 70 meters or so away). The apartment itself are really well equiped, everything seems to be fairly new. The way to pickup the keys is a bit challenging but interesting at the same time as it involves some websites, going through different code boxes, etc.

Issue 1: seems like there are bed bugs in the bedding (bedsheets, pillows, etc) as all of our family got bite marks all over our body. We checked with our doctor and he identified the marks being from bed bugs, so the place need to take appropriate measures to get rid of them. Issue 2: wifi password (which is given on the paper) didn't work and it was not fixed during the whole 3 day stay. Issue 3: the floors are not clean. There are dusts and hair around the corners of the rooms or in bathroom

A modern, comfortable apartment. It was nice to have some extra space to relax. An excellent location on one of the pretty squares of the historic centre in this very attractive city.

Annoying, repetitive web messages asking for often unecessary information. Rem,ote hosts mean that access is not easy and the absence of a lift meant dragging suitcases up to the top floor.
