A fost ok, la receptie ne-am inteles cu oamenii in engleza, camera foarte spatioasa, aerul conditionat functiona perfect, paturile asa si asa dar acceptabile, baia curata, a fost placuta sederea noastra la acest hotel.

Se poate plati doar cu CASH, moneda lor sau euro. Am platit cu o hartie de 50 euro si mai trebuia sa dea rest 8 euro, am primit cativa euro centi si ceva turkish lira in schimb 😂

Large and comfortable room very near the centre of Ruse. Ruse is a lovely place to relax next to the Danube.

Small sachets of soap and shampoo are not very eco-friendly.

Pillows, really.

It was a pleasant! The staff was really friendly, great location (near to the city centre), awesome accommodation. It was very tidy and clean. The rooms were already warm when we arrived, unlike most hotels where we have stayed. Loving this place!

We wanted to stay more days! :)

The Hotel Izvora is close to the city center, you can park your car outside without problems. My room was spacious and clean. Good Wifi.

No breakfast, that was a pity.

The room decor was very nice and all the hotel kept to the same style. Not for everyone but I choose it because of that. And the location was perfect, around the Corner was already the old library and old town. For food and drinks you didn't have to go far at all, and free parking anywhere in the neighbourhood.

I thought the bed was a little soft.

We booked this hotel on our long journey by car, which required several days of travelling. I booked this triple room (double bed and a single bed) as we were travelling with our child and the photos looked ok. I did not expect much given the last minute booking but when we entered the hotel, we saw that it was old and filthy- everything was old and filthy- the reception area, the corridors, everything in our room, including furniture, linens, curtains, windows and bathroom, the furniture handles were replaced with parts of other old furniture. The room corresponded to the photos I saw but the photos were edited. The bathroom did not have a separation of the shower, and one is expected to shower directly near the toilet seat and after one showers, other guests are not able to use the bathroom, unless someone dries the floors. The double bed had a bed cover for a single bed and a single bed did not have matching linens. Also, the staff charged 2 leva for bottle of water for the first time and 2.5 leva when my husband bought water the second time. It is not about the money but either the inability to coordinate the price and communication among staff or the staff trying to make small cash on the side. The room, the hotel reception left a bad impression on us. The booking price included breakfast but when we asked if we could have it earlier or have it packed for the road as we were travelling at 6 AM (breakfast starts only at 8 AM), we were told no, though a small gesture would have erased the horrendous showering experience and filth of the room. We will be returning back home with a car and would be stopping over Ruse but we would never return to this hotel.
