Super Lage mitten im Zentrum unweit der Salzach. Es gab eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer mit sehr leckeren Kaffee.

Leider etwas laut, da dad Hotel direkt an einer Fußgängerpassage ist und unser Zimmer über einem italienischen Restaurant war. Bei geschlossenem Fenster aber kein Problem.

Lage und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Sauberkeit war sehr gut.

Unser Zimmer war im 5. Stock und hatte kein Fenster zum öffnen, leider war die Klimaanlage defekt und laut, dass diese für die Frischluftzufuhr nicht zu gebrauchen war. Somit war es im Zimmer nachts sehr warm und die Luft extrem schlecht. Der Fernseher war auch ein Ausfall, denn die Fernbedienung ging nicht und bei einigen Sendern gab es dauernd Empfangsstörungen.

The staff. We found 2 members of staff very rude and unhelpful and very unprofessional.They slammed the phone down twice when I asked for a hairdryer because the one in the room didn't work. Even though we had reported it that morning. Very bad customer service. It was a lot of money for budget hotel service and room. There are no products in the bathroom except body wash on the wall. At €600 for 3 nights, I would expect a lot more! There were 3 herbal teabags for 2 people for 3 nights. We were luckily given 2 black teabags by Starbucks, but we had to use the coffee machine for hot water. Then I realised there was no milk! The poor customer service and lack of 'boutique' and lack of products and working hairdryer make this a budget hotel, in my opinion. Having to go out into the cold with wet hair isn't acceptable. Never mind having the phone slammed down twice!! We reluctantly returned to our room to find 2 small bottles of wine and 1 wafer biscuit to apologise "If there was any inconvenience"?! Neither of us drinks, and to assume that alcohol apologises for poor customer service is wrong when you don't know personal circumstances!

Great location, everything we wanted to do in Salzburg was within 15 mins walk of hotel. Hotel bedrooms were clean and hotel was well maintained. Staff at reception were very helpful. Breakfast was first class, excellent range of cold and hot food (the scrambled egg in particular was fantastic)

Very small bar with limited choice of drinks & area to sit, but not an issue as there were bars within 5 mins walk from hotel.

Well located for walking around all the Altstadt locations. Very extensive and delicious breakfast buffet

We booked for 3 nights but due to a medical emergency needed to stay a further week. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and supportive throughout at a particularly distressing time. They managed to accommodate us even though they were busy and even printed off documents that I needed. The hotel was very central to all amenities and felt very safe for a woman walking around at night on her own. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. 'Huge thanks' to Ava who was really compassionate.

It was very nice. I wasn’t paying over the top prices for foolish amendments I wouldn’t use and the location was perfect. It was very quiet despite being on a busy street. Friends who were worried about stayed elsewhere and wished they had stayed here.

The bed was uncomfortable. We only had one tiny pillow each and they were so flat, it felt like not having a pillow at all. The mattress was very firm and blanket too thin

Hotel is in a really good location which was in walking distance from a lot of sights.

The room we had had a faulty fridge and some flickering lights. Our room was also located right next to the lobby so we didn't have much privacy and had to keep the curtains drawn. One of the days, the room service was very late in the day too.

Not so easy to solve. Air conditioning was just not cooling the room enough to sleep. Opening the windows, which cooled the room, resulted in early morning noise from the street which severely disrupted our sleep

Breakfast? OUT OF THIS WORLD. The room was clean, comfortable, and totally wonderful. The people were super kind. The location was superb. The shower was good, the AC worked, the bed was comfy. If we are ever fortunate enough to return, we are 10000000% staying here again.

The entrance is a little hard to find; the first entrance you see actually is a fire exit only. That's... yeah, that's literally the worst thing I could possibly say about this place. Man, we really enjoyed our time here.

The location is central and minutes walk away from everything. A couple of staff were great. The breakfast was a good spread for all tastes.

Cleanliness of room - pillows are terrible, curtain hanging off the rail. We were a family of 9 there for 3 nights and the only evident room cleaning was a change of towels and emptying of the bin. One particular female receptionist that veered between totally disinterested to out right rude and arrogant. (it seems that reviews on trip advisor have had similar experiences with a certain female receptionist)

Loved the location, the rooms were way bigger than we expected, the shower was strong and the beds were very comfy. early check in was made possible for us, and we had some great recommendations from reception - thank you!

Staff very welcoming & helpful. Room perfect size for me. Ideal location ideal. Great to have a fridge. Have stayed here several times before but first time since hotel taken over - still good 👍
