Lovely little hotel in the heart of Sabugal, clean, comfortable and friendly

The twin room was very small. There was no staff available at check-in time. We gad to wait 40 minutes for staff to arrive. Breakfast was at 08:00. But once again staff were not there to open until 08:20

The room was small but very well organized with a huge closet to stash everything away, same refers to the bathroom with lots of hot water and fantastic towels, breakfast was continental same cheese and same ham every day, but also yogurt, cereal and fruit available

The free breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. Easy waking distance to everything and a large H on the rooftop that you can see from anywhere in the village makes it easy to find your way back home any time of night. The village is very social and nice. I get extremely safe traveling alone. Also, free parking was available right outside the hotel.

Bike safe parking; Joao is the most gracious and helpful manager; center of town. the room is quite small, clean and comfortable. aircon worked well. breakfast is simple.

Lovely, clean, well presented hotel in the centre of town. No problem storing my bike (along with others) in a locked storage room.

Location
I had to call thr police até 3am because of noise inside the hotel. The noise went on for several hours and there was no staff to garante silence and the safety of other guests. The breakfast room das very small, cardbox orange juice you had to ask for cheese and ham, no vegetables.

The location was good.
Everything was clean. The rooms are small but have everything you need for a short stay.
No support from the staff. Nobody in the reception. We always must call for the number outside the door and wait to do the check-in, to ask for information, to check out and pay. Some people made to much noise until 4AM and nobody have done nothing.
The Breakfast was poor. Only one sort of bread, white bread. The coffee to mix milk had to many water. Only the coffee machine was better. Low offer.
The restaurant his near but the prices were high and didn't accept cards neither reservations.

Very clean, confortable room. The AC worked really well, which was great as we had a heat wave.
The bed was a bit small. Breakfast was fine but could be improved (not clear if you could use self service area, the Delta Fast coffee is really not good but luckily they have a bone to cup machine!).

The breakfast was good and the room clean and comfortable. Everything was good.
The drain in the bathroom was a bit slow but I'm sure they will have taken care of it.
