Excelente hotel buena ubicación y excelente servicio habitación limpia y con todo lo necesario,el personal muy amable y atento,el costo beneficio ,ni hablar.lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Breakfast was great; room was comfortable; bed was also comfortable; location of hotel felt relatively safe; staff were friendly and accommodating.

There wasn't anything I did not like about the hotel.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was decent. Coffee was very good. The restaurant at the hotel was open until 11:30 pm which was convenient.

When we got there they didn't seem to be aware of our booking and we did not get the room we booked. We booked a room with 3 beds but were given a room with 2 beds. While we knew we would be charged extra for our dogs we did not expect to be charged an additional cost equal to what we paid for the room. So the cost of the room ended up being double. Plus we had to leave a refundable deposit on top of the additional charges. The area is a bit sketchy and it's confusing to get to the parking garage.

When we finally got out better room it was lovely! The breakfast was delicious! The location is great!

WATCH OUT for room that have not windows to the outside. Our first room was that kind and requested a view to the outside. It all worked out.

it was all good, just the beds were to close to each other (for four adults) but besides that all was great.

The location of the hotel is great for exploring the city. The staff were extremely helpful and worked extremely hard.
