Nothing special in the property other than the location

I doubt whether this is a 5 star property. doors are not closing properly, the utensils and toiletries are wry inferior quality. food is very expensive, and the stay for me it’s not value for money. can you expect a star rated hotel which keep the drinking water and Tea/ coffee making set up in Bathroom. this facility has that

Reality that the photos were taken 20 years ago going by the deterioation of the property Sombody accessed our room at 3am and woke us. There were guests partying untill at least 2.30am Check in was an ordeal, i think i could buy the property with less signatures. 5* it is not, perhaps when it opened its doors it might have been, but not anymore.

I liked almost all aspects from the arrival to departure. The entire team took great care. I miss my kids cause they would have loved the pool and peaceful ambience, away from the busy life. Its a beautiful property. Next time will come with family.

The room and facilities. The front desk staff and management disrespect the customer and very rude behaviour. Not worthy.

The location, and the whole property is simply awesome. The pool is biggest in kerala.

Delay in check in process. Food can be more better
