They’re very Pet friendly. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend it

Check in was quick and easy and the quality of rooms exceeded my expectations.

Decor was pleasantly neutral. Kitchen was well equipped with a good sized fridge. Room heating was sufficient for the coolness of the month. Use of free wifi was appreciated. Beds were comfortable and extra blanket was useful. I was able to have breakfast at an outside table which is in a covered porch.
Shower did not drain properly, and we were standing in cooling water while showering. As someone with a disability, this wasn't particularly good. There were some minor signs of wear and tear in the unit, but nothing else that affected functionality. TV signal dropped out a few times.

Great accommodation, very comfortable clean 1 bedroom unit. Great value for money. Helpful staff. Nice outdoor table & chairs, north facing so we got morning and afternoon sun. No road noise, easy access to Christchurch's main roads. Restaurant within walking distance.

Clean facilities and friendly staff.
Laundry facilities. Always in use and difficult to access washing machine and drier due to them being full of other guests clothes that had completed their cycle but not been removed.

We were in Christchurch for a funeral, the property was in close proximity so filled all our needs, nice people.
Parking very tight.

Had no soap in bathroom to wash hands with and the body wash was empty in the shower. Heatpump wasn't working properly. It wasn't what I expected it to look like was pretty gutted

Love to see the rooms and facilities updated BUT the bed was comfy the couch great the kitchen facilities neat and very clean
