The amount of space. Great for a family.

Nothing, we fully enjoyed our overnight stay. Would love to come back for longer.

The Frontline staff member was fabulous, kind and Thoughtful, Upgraded me to apartment status and help with suggestions of travel out to burnham. Will diffinately recommemed satying again on our next trip .

Central to everything with great services locally, room had everything we needed . Was warm and cosy and children loved the space . We were right next to the spa and this was excellent so good! Good value. Family friendly.

Rooms are a wee bit tired looking- nothing a lick of paint couldn't fix and some fresh amenities. But they were comfortable and ample heating was appreciated being winter time. Would of loved the living space to of been vacuumed daily but appreciated fresh towels and rubbish bins emptied.

Central and easy to get to location from the Airport, had amenities on the way

That we were upstairs but we survived with all our luggage.

It all looked so old and tired, the furniture was old, dark and shabby, not many plug points

Easy to find. Fairly close to town. Comfortable.

It needs some tlc. Paintwork is old and flaking. Doors can be forced as they are not strong. Bathroom is a bit grim. Just needs updating.

Cottages were lovely and cozy. Had the cottage right in front of the BBQ yard/Pool. Kids kept wanting to swim but sadly was too cold. Location is a 10 min walk to main street of Christchurch with Burger King nearby. Had good parking within the property. Arrived at the lodge late at night but staff had everything prepared, even turned the heater on for us. After hours check-in was a breeze. Just had to get the key from the safebox and good to go! Kitchen well equipped. We cooked a good lunch before heading out to explore the city. Beds were a little on the softer side but comfy enough. Good selection of DVDs available from the reception.

There is only 1 bathroom. Not convenient when travelling with families and everybody is "fighting" to take a shower. Kitchen did not have any ventilator or cooker hood so when prepping meals, the smell can get overwhelming and it "ventured" to the upstairs loft. Had to keep the door and windows open.

Location, cottage was lovely with full equipped kitchen and had comfy beds.

If travelling with family, cottage only had 1 bathroom. Will need to "fight" for it. The downstairs bedroom was a little stuffy.

Great location, perfect for a travelling team. Lots of bedding options.

In the unit we had there was no door on the second bedroom which was opposite the bathroom. We felt we couldn’t use the toilet at night due to the chance of waking them.
